A large reserve with a graveled circuit road following the river, around Clarks Lagoon, past grassed sites, most with Red Gum, Manna Gum and wattle shade. Some sandy beaches. Grass is occasionally slashed, otherwise many potential sites may be overgrown. Secluded and distant from the road.

A pleasant, small camping area on the nose of a ridge above the picnic area and willow lined Victoria River (small). Set in open woodland of stunted gums over green mown grass and surrounded by rolling open farmland. Facilities (5 BBQs & tables, pit toilet) good.
Browns Plains
Pleasant, quiet, dispersed bush camping by the Murray River adjacent to flood plain River Red Gum open grassed forest and billabongs. Sites are generally level, most with adequate shade and short green grass. Low level banks, no beach. Small, muddy, informal boat ramp. Rated 4.

Kosciuszko National Park
Stunning little campground on the Snowy River in Kosciuszko National ParkGreat little spot for swimming and fishing if the weather is good. The camp site is beautiful and right on the edge of the Snowy River. It was empty when we visited so had the whole place to ourselves.
On the Esperance River in Hastings Forest, there is a short walk from the parking area to the campsites. There are picnic tables and shelters at the picnic area and fire rings at the campsites.
Talia
Basic bush camping on the edge of stunning limestone cliffs. Talia Beach is just to the south of the campground, however be careful as strong rips can be present, and this area is known for large waves.
Murray Gorge
Large grassy campground on the banks of the upper Murray river. Fires are permitted in built fire places, unless fire restrictions are in place. Picinic tables and long drop toilets are provided. Ideal for the trout fisherman.
Nelligen
Surrounded by water on three sides, this 16 acre parkis a green oasis in the blue. The resort style swimmingpool, huge water park, two inflatable trampolines, tenniscourt and large oval for ball games, there is something foreveryone.

Private campground by the jetty on heritage propertyBoat ramp and jetty across the from the campground. Suitable for big rigs through to tents, no powered sites. Extra fee for showers. Barbecue area, picnic tables, fish cleaning table, pets welcome and flushing toilets.

Tranquil, lakeside camping shaded by scattered River Red Gums and some Black Box. 29 sites dispersed around the lake edge (tables & BBQs, 3 WCs), backed by red sand hills to the west, with Cypress-pine and Buloke. Kangaroos are very common.
