Situated on a flat plain above the Glenelg River
Most sites are segregated by bush, reasonably level and well grassed (mown by kangaroos). Bush setting with plenty of shade from Brown Stringybark Gum and wattle. This site is accessable by caravans in good weather.
Getting there
Situated on the northern bank of the lower Glenelg River, south-west of Dartmoor, south-east of Mt Gambier. Access from Dartmoor [A1]: South-west 12.3k on Wanwin Rd (11k sealed), bear left (south) 2.2k on Wanwin Rd (limestone gravel), right (nor-east) 5.3k on Wannwin Rd, left (south) 1.5k on good limestone to the river.
