Located 5 miles south of Mt. Vernon off Route 3 and 36. Showers, swimming beach, fishing, pets on leash. Group, tent and RV camping. Seasonal sites. New game room and 30/50 ams available. Sand volleyball ,Horseshoes and Basketball.

We loved our stay here and will return. They suggested we tat in the country camping section which is on grass and we loved it. Didn’t use the bathrooms but really liked the local vibe and them not being part of a chain. Will return again. Lots of seasonals

I stayed at RK from late April until early June while working a project in the area. They weren’t actually open for the season when I contacted them, but accommodated me with no problem. Campmaster Frank and I share the same birthday, he was great and tolerated my sense of humor (haha). The park is very scenic, well maintained, and well run. And I’m not kidding, the WiFi is the best I have ever experienced at any campground, even at peak periods and when full! This is a campground with an old school theme (been in Frank’s family for 3 generations), family oriented, and the campers are all very nice peeps. I will stay here again and would highly recommend!
