The campsite is a grassy meadow within a tranquil pine grove, providing wel-come shade in the summer and a pictur-esque setting in winter. Access to the site is by a paved road, open all the year round, and suitable for coaches, campers and caravans. From 1 January until 31 December we will always be ready to welcome you, from 7 am until midnight. And for friendly night owls we will get up in the middle of the night!
The site has 10 chalets, a small bar and market selling essential items and a com-fortable common room. A picnic area with barbecues is also at the disposal of our guests. In summer, our young entertainments staff organise games and competitions, as well as karaoke and dance music evenings, in a specially set-aside area of 2000 square metres, that’s perfectly safe and fun for kids and adults alike.
The village of Ossana, only 500 metres away, has a post office, bank, small su-permarket, newsagent and tobacconist, cinema, library and the little church of San Michele. It also offers pizzerias and fine restaurants serving the typical dishes of this rich, generous region. The surrounding countryside is also good for sport lovers. In only ten minutes time a free bus will take you to the ski resorts of Tonale (ex-cellent for both summer and winter skiing), Marilleva/Folgarida and Pejo where you can practice both downhill and crosscountry skiing. In Cusiano, a nearby village, you may watch the Italian national trampoline team.
Alternatively, why not trying archery, horse riding, trekking, miniature golf, and a good long swim at Malé swimming pool? and, if that is not enough and you still have some en-ergy left, why not try challenging the rapids in a kayak, a canoe or a raft?! Not to be missed the cycling path in front of Camping Cavedale which runs along the river Noce, among apple orchards and grass beside the mountain slopes covered with woods, with a 30 kilometres track for citybikes and cyclists.Your fam-ily will enjoy walking along the sev-eral paths that will take you from the campsite up to the crystal blue lakes and animal watching sites, where you may see marmots, red and roe deer. Cevedale is one of only a handful of Italian campsites to be awarded the Ecolabel, which bears witness to our commitment to the environment, wa-ter and energy conservation and cor-rect waste disposal. Nicolo, former forest ranger, will answer all your questions about the flora and the fauna and you may have the chance to see the many squirrels that live in our pine trees.A free camping card will provide you with some convenient discounts in shops, restaurants and in the many local spas, as well as in the Terme di Pejo.
If, on the contrary, you only wish to enjoy relaxing hours sunbathing and reading a good book or to surf the net with our system, you will find the peace and quiet that you are looking for.We are all animal lovers, but unfortunately pets are not allowed on the site.
