Whippoorwill is located in a wooded setting offering all the conveniences of camping that you've come to enjoy, such as cable TV and internet connection. We now offer glamping, which is a luxury apartment offering all the amenities you get in a shore home but in a wooded setting so you can still have a campfire and experience the campground setting. We offer a variety of activities, we have a beautiful Olympic pool, a baby pool, playground, tennis, basketball, & volleyball courts, horseshoes and a small arcade. There is a snack shack on the pool deck. Our roads are paved for biking and walking. We are located only 3 1/2 miles to the Ocean City beaches and we are located 1/2 way between Atlantic City and Cape May. There is also a range of golf courses nearby. Ocean City has two fantastic fishing/crabbing piers or a fabulous 4 mile walking/bike trail which takes you over the bay from Ocean City to Somers Point.
