There are a lot of pros and a few cons. The pros: beautiful place, Gorgeous trails and outstanding views! Instacart delivers here! Cons: omg the smell of the spring was too much for me! Also the laundry room was filthy and so were the washers and dryers. Also almost no data coverage for T-Mobile.

We stayed here for 2 months because we had to be in town for business reasons. We were in site 621A - right next to a mobile home that didn't seem to belong to anyone. I read the other reviews and some are quite accurate. There are a lot of full-time residents here with all of their stuff. With that being said, the sites do have quite a bit of room to use if you travel with more than 1 vehicle (we travel with our dually that tows the toy hauler, the toy (RZR) & a Ford Raptor). So, we have STUFF and there was room for it all. However, if you read a couple reviews down, you'll get the feel of what I'm talking about. Hookups were crammed. We shared electric and water "station" with 3 other people. Sites are all grass except for a couple that had full-time residents on them (sites 145-150ish). If you can snag one of those, you'll be a happy camper! I do need to express this - when the people who mow come, for the love of god, do not let them weed-whack close to your RV. They do not use a guard... and grass and dirt and rocks fly EVERYWHERE! Our RV was COVERED with grass and mud. Properly pissed us off. They did this EVERY time they came (yes, we complained, several times....) Just yell at them. That seemed to work best. Laundry wasn't the cleanest... staff was decent. Everyone work masks while we were here so that might have contributed to the attitudes everyone had. Office staff (the building when you check in to when you first arrive) they were super nice and very friendly. Store staff, not so much. But hey, they're hot, sweating and wearing masks all day. I get it. Overall, I don’t think we would stay in this park again. It's just not what we thought we were getting for the amount of money we spent. Our opinion. We didn't go down to the water/pool area much. It was packed every weekend with TONS of people (it's open to the public too). My advice if you really want/need to stay here, pick out your site when you arrive (if you can). There are A LOT of full-time residents here and it clearly shows. Some care about their stuff, some don't. Verizon & AT&T signals were great. We were able to stream, video call, blog... etc.

We chose to stay here for a month and our plan was to do Disney World with some weekend trips down to Fort Meyers and Miami- maybe the Keys- while we just kept our rig here. Well that plan came to a screeching halt with COVID. We ended up spending the entire month in a progressive shut down mode. By the time we left, all the amenities were closed- much like the rest of the country. I am so glad we stayed here though, because they were awesome!!! The first week of our stay, everything was open. I can say that the pool, dog park, playground, Pickle ball courts, and market were everything I needed to give 5 stars. The staff was so helpful in keeping our 2 parties/rigs right next to each other and even gave us a discount on premium sites just to keep us with our parents. This place really feels like a resort with the lagoon, amenities, events, DJs, etc. Sites 145-153 are great and quiet. I would also ask to drive around and view the available sites before checking in, as this can make or brake your stay. I read some of the reviews before coming in and I was a little nervous about our stay, especially with it being a month long. There are some sites that shouldn’t even be sites and some that are mixed in with permanent residents who have not kept up with their mobile home/rigs. Hope this helps someone!! Happy Camping.
