I have a bias against commercial RV parks, to be honest. I prefer national, state, county, city parks, or BLM lands over any commercial areas. A common issue with commercial parks is the lack of space. It's so cramped that you become overly familiar with your neighbor. Did I mention it's cramped? Our sewage outlet was only 4 feet from our neighbor's picnic area. Traffic patterns are non-existent, so be sure to check the road before driving your rig out. If you encounter another rig on your way out, it could get tense due to the narrow roads. The park often hosts long-term guests in the winter, including many Canadians and New Yorkers who have been visiting for over two decades. The park appears to have a heated pool, though we didn't use it. However, we did utilize the excellent laundry facilities, which cost $2.00 per load. I also enjoyed playing music with another guest at the communal fire pit. The park also has a pier for launching kayaks or canoes into the Intracoastal Waterway, though I would recommend doing so at high tide. Be aware that you can smell the hydrogen sulfide from the tidal mud inside your rig during low tide if the wind is blowing from the west. Unfortunately, there is no recycling available.

In the initial days of December 2022, we spent a week at this location. The staff and facilities were impressive. The majority of the spots had full hookups, and most were surfaced with asphalt or paving stones. The dimensions of the spots were satisfactory, I have encountered worse. Our spot was paved but slightly uneven (a few others had the same issue, from what we observed), but our automatic leveler managed it without trouble. We were situated near the rear of the resort, close to the dock, boat ramp, and river. People were enjoying fishing, unwinding, and it was an excellent spot for viewing the sunset. The main swimming pool was temperature-controlled, but the children's pool wasn't. They also had a hot tub. Numerous activities were organized throughout the week, including fitness classes. This was our first time staying at an RV park that featured a bar and grill. The bar food was quite tasty. The $3 draft beers were a pleasant surprise, and there was a decent selection available. They hosted live music twice a week and karaoke on another night. The beach is a quarter of a mile away, and it's just a 15-minute drive to St. Augustine, a stunning city with plenty to do, see, and learn. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already reserved for the entire month of December next year.

Very nice park. Very clean and very quiet. Stayed here for 4 nights. It appeared that most sites had very good pads, ours was a little uneven and the brick pavers had sunken in a few spots. We managed. Over all very good place to stay. Entrance and exit to A1A is a bit tough as there is no traffic light at the entrance but it’s manageable. Management is very nice.

One of our new favorite campgrounds because the park has everything - fishing & boating dock, great pool with a lively bar and restaurant (even good live music on the weekends), a great mix of shady and sunny spots all about twice as wide as we're used to at most RV parks. The other visitors were all friendly and considerate, the park staff maintains the sites and parks very well without having a heavy 'pargo patrol feel', there are lots of well behaved dogs and even a turtle pond where you can buy food to feed about a dozen of them that's located right next to a nice and shady fenced dog run. It takes about 15 minutes to drive into downtown Saint Augustine, but it's easy to walk or bike to the nearby beaches and nature trails too. Grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants are all within walking and biking distance too. Oh, the there is a huge fire pit that is always fully stocked with free wood and it's super fun to start a blaze and make s'mores and new friends too. Final bonus - the wifi is usually very fast... like with all parks, it slows down during peak usage times, but there is always some level available and a separate network by the pool that you can use as backup if you need to stay connected.

We stayed a month in this beach park and enjoyed the great amenities and activities it offered. All sites are paved and wide and big rig friendly. Well kept, no junky park models, excellent maintenance crews working hard everyday. Wi Fi not too bad, was better during the week when less crowded. Big pool with restaurant and bar with live music. It gets very busy as it is open to the public with membership. Would like to see a few campers only days, and some adult only swim hours. Quite a walk to the beach so we went down to Crescent beach 3 miles away with free parking. Can drive on the beach with 4wd and pay to park. Rates are a little high but pretty much the same all over St.Augustine since it is so close to the beach. We definitely will return.

It is definitely not what the website looks like. It is an old park with many residents that it looks more like a trailer park then an rv park. Bathrooms need updating and better cleaning. There is a big pool and a restaurant/bar which was nice. Free unsecured WiFi and it is gated.

Relaxing, quiet place near beach. Small diner with live music by large pool. Friendly folks. Beautiful sunsets by dock.

We stayed at Ocean Grove RV Resort for 30 days (Jan 16-February 16) to take advantage of the monthly rate. We found a cancellation and ended up on site J111 which backs up to the saltwater marsh. The sunsets here are amazing! You can easily walk a half mile to the Atlantic Ocean’s white sand beaches! The sites have full-hookups (electric, water, sewer). Being monthly, we had to pay for electric - ended up being $49. The site was very level and had a cement pad with cobblestones for parking your vehicle. The site offered analog cable, but the channels were fuzzy and everything they tried didn’t make it better. Instead, we just used the 30 OTA (over the air) TV channels. AT&T signals were excellent with full strength 5G (both up and down speeds = excellent). They have limited WiFi and we chose to use our hot spot instead for streaming. They have an onsite restaurant (Ebb Tide) which serves excellent bar food. They also maintain the onsite pool and hot tub. You are close to everything: 1 mile from Publix, half mile from Walgreens, and 7 miles from downtown old St. Augustine, which has many things to do and see! Harry’s Restaurant has the best food! We liked this campground so much that we were able to find another month that was available for March! Highly recommend!

This park has a nice pool, spa, restaurant with live music and bar. Our stay was quiet. You also get a picnic table, but no fire pit. There’s a public laundry and bathroom. I don’t believe it’s worth $100/night, but it was pleasant.
