The “site” was nothing more than an uneven parking spot in the sand and weeds. The electric was sketchy at best, with 5 30 amp outlets on one post for 5 different sites. The bathroom was locked but they did have 2 Port-A-Potty’s, yay! Won’t be coming back.

Over 880 acre's of golf cart trails along the Suwanee river. We have camped here over the last 10+ years and it's become our favorite, due largely to the fact that we can let our dogs out in the 80 acre park and run around as well as taking them down to the river and retrieve bumpers. The golf cart trails are also a favorite, you can ride for an hour before hitting the same trail again and we have even now found new areas to ride. Cell service has been good in the last few years for T-Mobile. You can get 5g and 5UC connect at times. We have worked from our sites using the phone as a hot spot although your better served to use a booster. We use 2xMIMO antennas on a Harbor Freight 20 ft flag pole attached to the ladder on our 5th wheel. Off the dual antenna leads we run into a MOFI 4500. We get 30 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up give or take. More than enough to run MS Teams on our two laptops all day without issue. Golf cart rental $55 a day, personal golf cart fee is $30 per stay unless there is a festival then it starts at $400 and goes up to $800 depending on the festival. You will need to provide valid proof of insurance before the will let you in with you golf cart. They also have a few golf cart charging stations sprinkled around. You really need a golf cart to fully enjoy the property so bring one or rent one, ahead of arrival (they might be sold out if it's a popular weekend). The sites are pretty good overall but like anywhere you need to know the site numbers you want. Some are quite big and others, not so much. As for noise it's a weekend place which can be a bit noisy. We have never had a real issue with it. During the week it's pretty quite and typically fairly empty but come Thursday they weekend warriors start pulling in. I'd say that's pretty typical of anywhere though. There is a main beach area with white sand and slow current which is the main go to but you can find other smaller beach areas up and down the property. Make sure to check the river level at Suwanee Springs online to get an idea of the flood level. 60 ft. is flood and it seems like over 53 ft or so they tend to close the river to access. So if your going and counting on getting to the river it can be an issue. You wouldn't want to be in it with it that high anyway due to the danger.

We visit Suwannee every year for their music festivals and usually do primitive camping during. We’ve done RV camping twice here in the past year at sites 33 and 10. We love it and highly recommend to all. Tons to explore, friendly staff, and wifi depending on how many people are present and where you are located (but you can also hang at the general store to pick it up). I would advise to request the sites deeper in the woods if wifi isn’t needed. The sites closer to the front (like site 10), are subjected to a lot of golf cart traffic that can get noisy and stir up dust, but the staff will accommodate you!

This is an old park. If you enjoy state park CGs then this may be more a park for you. I was here for a rally and the rally was great but the park itself needs a lot of TLC. Many sites are not level. Typical sand and gravel. There are a number of amenities like onsite restaurant, small laundry, and bar. The rest rooms are very old and not so clean. I understand this CG is more of a festival place where folks in the thousands come to see concerts. Just not my favorite type of place. ATT was good. Very wooded so satelite is not going to work in most cases. I'd only come back if for a rally.

This place is vast and wooded with quirky art installations scattered around. This is a concert venue as well as a campground, so I imagine it can get full during those times, but in between there's 800 acres of room. It's right beside the Suwannee River (yes, the one from the song, look it up if you aren't humming it already), with hiking paths all around. One of the roads inside the park leads to a canoe/kayak launching area where you can rent either. You can also rent golf carts, and there's a diner-type cafe on site. We attended an RV rally here and so loved the area we extended our stay for another 5 days. The town of Live Oak is just down the road if you need groceries and other necessities. We plan on coming here again.

This place is absolutely amazing. Super clean. Friendly staff. Great restroom facilities and showers. It was hot as blazes but we had so much fun. Most beautiful campground in north Florida. Just be sure to get an escort to your site if it’s your first time. The place is so huge it can be a little confusing if you’re not familiar with the campground.

We have visited this park several times and tent camped for music festivals. This time we came with our RV for Labor Day weekend. Arrival is easy - just off the highway. There’s a convennience store/gift shop on site. There were fireworks and live music in the music hall. No picnic tables or fire rings were provided in our section, but digging of fire pits is allowed. This park has so much to offer - swimming at the sand beach, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, etc. Stables are provided for horse camping and there are cabin and golf cart rentals. We will definitely be back.

What we knew of the park beforehand is that it hosted many music festivals and that it put together a Christmas light show every year. Located on the banks of the Suwannee River, the park consists of 800 acres of campgrounds, concert venues, recreational facilities, and forest. We had no expectations beyond that. We were in for surprise after surprise. We first saw the campground. That was impressive all on its own. Then we got to see the beautiful Christmas lights display and browse through the craft village. There we met Mike and his dog Sammy. Mike creates beautiful wooden sculptures from fallen trees (with a chainsaw, no less). You see his amazing works sprinkled all throughout the campground. We then met Snorra of Suwannee and Rune's Tree. Two sculptures by Belgian Sculptor Thomas Dambo. This is the last place you would expect to see these pieces of art, and yet here they are, seamlessly incorporated into the landscape. Then we were treated to Karaoke night and an Elvis impersonator in the music hall. We then got to see the treehouse that is a tribute to the Cornett family matriarch. Jean Cornett was very much a part of the creation of the tree house and her spirit lives on within its walls. Don't forget to check out the bat-house which is home to over 450,000 bats of some 90 different species. You can see them at dawn and dusk. This park celebrates music, art, and a return to nature. We could easily have spent another week at the park and not run out activities. We will definitely be back sometime (hopefully soon).
