They had everything we needed: good, clean laundry facility; bright clean bathrooms; good enough wifi that we could watch streamed tv (you may have to be parked near the office for that.) It wasn't cheap, and it's right near the highway but the spot we got was far enough away we didn't notice. Lots of snowbirds here for the season. We happened to be there for the annual US vs Canada shuffleboard game which was a hoot. They do sell drinkable water here but you can get it slightly cheaper (pennies) off site, if that matters. They even had a workout room! Sites were very close together...

Terrible customer service. CANCELLATION policy BE WARE. We put down$100 1 1/2 months before our reservation arrival time. Due to an emergency in Wisconsin due to families health. NO REFUND. At least airlines give refunds for emergencies. Kathy at Shangri-la said no expection Experience from other Yuma RVers this place should be avoided.
