Check-in went smoothly. The park manager, Bill let us choose our site from the one's available. We were escorted to our spot and told, if we needed anything, to let him know. Aside from having friendly staff, the park has a newly remodeled laundry room facility and a pool onsite (seasonal only). This park is in good proximity to Baton Rouge, about 35 minutes north and less than 10 minutes from downtown St. Francisville. Only possible thing I can think of, that could be downfall, depending on your site, would be, that most of them are closely spaced. Aside from that, this a great little park that the owners take pride in.
