The staff were lovely and the campground was very clean, but boy are you jammed in tight. Zero privacy, with lots of seasonal campers, there’s no real traveller vibe.

Called a few months in advance and got in for a whole month in the spring. Absolutely loved it here. The office managers are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Full hookups at every site, and spaces are nice and wide. Interior roads were comfortable to navigate with a motorhome and towed car. We had no problem backing in.

Full hookups at every site, and spaces are nice and wide. Interior roads were comfortable to navigate with a motorhome and towed car. We had no problem backing in. Tall evergreen trees give the place a "spacious" feel and provide some shade for those of us who don't care for direct sun all day. Showers are cleaned twice/day. Best laundromat we've ever seen at an RV park with commercial-style dryers! You even get a mail slot in the office for your site number! Very clean pool & spa area as well. We don't ever use park wifi, have our own private hotspot (AT&T), and reception was great. T-Mobile cell phone worked fine as well. We don't have dogs, so can't speak to the dog area. Park contains about 3/4 long-term residents but still has a couple dozen sites open for short term stays. The residents we met were friendly, and all the rigs and spaces are well-kept—no junkers. Despite being next to the freeway, it's very quiet all day and night here. Best rates in town, go somewhere else and pay $300 or more per month and be really crowded in! (We don't care for the noisy, rowdy state campgrounds.) The Morro Bay/Los Osos area is beautiful with stunning coastal sunsets, perfect weather year-round, and has everything you could need—from groceries to restaurants, farmers markets, art galleries and specialty shops. And you are just a 20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo, with even more great amenities: Trader Joe's, nightclubs, hotsprings! Tip: Whether coming from the north or the south, take exit 277 to arrive on the road directly next to the park. Do not get off at Exit 278 and be forced to navigate a roundabout and down Quintana Rd from town: LOTS of road construction along there. Do not hesitate to come and stay at this sweet little RV park.
