We stayed here for two nights. We have a 43 foot fifth wheel, and had plenty of space. The sites had a picnic table rocks in between them no fire pits. My husband didn’t like that the dump holes were elevated, but other than that everything was wonderful. We saw Security driving around continuously. There was a pool, hot tub, we had views of the vineyards. Didn’t hear much of the highway traffic at all. One point to make it easier for the rest of you. Most of the gas stations around there carried bio diesel. Only the Sinclair and shell had diesel number two. Both of those are harder to get into, so we recommend you fill up while you are detached from your rig. Also I highly recommend going to the Michael David Winery for breakfast!! Everything was so good, breakfast was about $16 each, but I am gluten-free, and they let me have fruit instead of toast. They also have a little store where you can pick up bottles of wine, fruit, salami‘s, and cheeses, also cookies pastries and pies.

Big concrete RV park with expensive wine in the office, just GO TO COSTCO and get Lodi wines for less. Lots of cable channels, free coffee and snacks sold in the office. Large pole at sight preventing slide out so had to move trailer and park our truck sideways. Garbage bags are placed at the curb, nice till your neighbors slides over to your site. Sad stray cats followed us to laundry. When I asked at the office the gal said, they are aware of the stray cat problem but they have their purpose and smiles. Even sadder. Asked if we could stay another 2 nights and after 12 days another gal wouldnt give us the bi-weekly rate and charged us a daily rate for two days. Ridiculous on both counts. Not much to do in the area, but it was a decent park close to Sacramento. OH THIS IS ALSO COW CRAP CAPITAL. Huge miserable cow lots that are 1.5 miles north, south, east and west, they are surrounded by feed lots. Kept smelling it but until we drove around didnt realize how many there were.

We stayed here a few days so we could use the Sacramento airport for a round-trip flight. Located near the corner of I-5 and California Route 12, the campground shares the area with a lot of gas stations and fast food places, and is surrounded by roads on every side, so there is a lot of road noise. The campground is laid out as a set of concentric rectangles surrounding a large rectangle of solar panel installations. Inside the rectangle of solar panels is a grassy open area that fills up with water (to some extent) to form a large pond at certain times of the year, but it was dry during our stay. Dogs are allowed off-leash in this huge fenced-in area, but the two single-door gates that allow entrance to the area are on nearly opposite ends of the enclosure, so guarding those exits from escape-minded dogs would be challenging. We didn’t see a lot of dog owners using that area: most of them walked their dogs along the fenced dirt and bush outer perimeter of the campground like we did. Dog owners should also be aware that there are a number of cats that roam freely throughout the campground. With the exception of the sites that backed up to the central area, the majority of the sites are pull-through and fairly identical: all of them have concrete pads with a concrete extension to serve as the patio. The rest of the site is covered with large stone gravel. The hookups are all located in a convenient spot about 1/3 of the way from the back of the site and includes a cable hookup. The sites are close together but there’s enough space to put out awnings, though it was fairly windy during our entire stay. Each site comes with a picnic table but no fire pit. We did end up putting a board under one site of tires at our site (E38) to make leveling a little easier. A few sites are designated as wheelchair-accessible The office is just off to the left as you pull into the campground: it’s hard to miss with the covered drive-through lanes. Next to the office is the pool with a small circular spa, and next to that a building with showers, restrooms, and laundry facilities. Just across the road from that set of amenities is a propane refill station, a dumpster for trash and a dumpster for recycling, and a clubhouse. There are three other dumpsters located near the outer corners of the campground and two other bathhouse buildings with showers, bathrooms and laundry machines. In terms of cell service, the speed readings I got on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna the afternoon we arrived weren’t great: after reorienting my antenna a few times, I eventually saw 4Mbps down and 10 up. But on most days, we had decent bandwidth during the morning and early afternoon; downloading web pages or streaming any video became difficult and sometimes impractical during the evenings. The speed test I did with my AT&T phone showed 1.2Mbps down and 1.5 up, but on the few occasions I used it in the evening it seemed a bit faster than the Verizon connection. The campground does offer WiFi (and seemed to have a good number of WiFi towers) but the campground said that the bandwidth would be very limited unless you paid extra so we didn’t even try it. Even with the bandwidth issues, we would probably stay here again if we were in the area.

We’re backed up to a chain link fence. The mud hasn’t dried.

The first time we stayed here it couldn’t have been more perfect. That was in late January. We’re here in mid April. We asked for a pull through site and got a back in…to mud. The surrounding sites have gravel and large stone areas around the cement pads. We got mud. No gravel, no stones. The truck is parked crosswise to our spot in half a foot deep in MUD. Ugh. Very disappointed and I wonder if we will trust management to return. Otherwise this is a very good, clean and feels safe place. Too bad we got the big mud pie. There is no discernible reason why this spot has no gravel, nothing to keep it from being a mud pie when there is a little rain. I don’t want to put my outdoor rug down into oozing mud.

Very nice park and staff. Only reason not 5 is highway noise but great location for area, easy to get in and out of VERY kept facilities.

I must commend this facility for continuing to improve. For decades, we’ve stayed at this park on our treks from our home base in So Cal to points north. Past reviews will document past upgrades. Since our last visit, they’ve addressed the demand for streamable internet. It is now available for a small extra fee. Only stayed overnight this trip, so we didn’t take advantage of it, but next time . . .

Came in very late with no reservation pulling 40+ fifth wheel , they had 2 spots available clearly marked on a dry erase map, says leave your name and number and we will see you tomorrow, clean and spacious had no problem maneuvering and parking 40 foot fifth wheel , next time I will make a reservation because this will be my go to spot in this area , internet was ok with a $2 charge to upgrade to faster service however even with the upgrade it still was not as as fast as I am use to at home but good enough .

Very quick and easy check-in. Covered entrance is a little intimidating because it looks too low! Interior roads are wide, paved and easy to navigate. Sites are concrete and mostly level. Sites are near by and there is no privacy. Between the sites are trees and rocks – which used to be weeds and sparse grass so a great improvement. The basic WII FI didn’t work. You have to pay extra for, what I presume, is more reliable and speedy internet. Verizon was 5g 5 bars so our hot spot worked fine. Satellite would not be a problem. The park is in a very busy area. There are lots of trucks and traffic noise from I-5, Banner road and 12.

Site and Access: Site was a pull-thru and access was easy. Roads were blacktop and sites were concrete with rock between (not grass). Sites were clean and well maintained. However, the only grass was in the dog park. Did not use laundry, pool, or other facilities. Dog Friendly: The quite large sunken center area was used for a large dog area and surrounded by solar panels. Dog bags were provided (if only people would use them instead of being rude). Wi Fi: The free wi-fi is all but useless. It was advertised as limited to support basic browsing and email checking with additional paid options for downloads and streaming etc. Unfortunately, I found basic web browsing and email checking to be painfully slow (click, wait, wait, wait) and actually gave up. I was simply trying to do site reviews for other nights and nothing fancy. Noise: The major road nearby road can be heard and there was a truck area on the next block that the neighbors mentioned hearing one night. With the fan/ac running, we did not have issues.

This is a nice clean campground right off the highway. Even so, it was quiet with nice large, level spots with easy hookups. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Excellent for an overnight stay. Wifi worked well!

We really enjoyed the close proximity to Lodi wineries and eateries. It was a little close to the interstate which means there was some noise but not too much. We had a back in site which was really easy to back into. The spacing between sites was standard private campground spacing, not too close but still a little. Luckily we had a site that didn't have anyone in the adjacent site so we were able to enjoy a little more space. The entire campground was clearly well designed and maintained and it was easy to maneuver the camper. There is a very large dog park around the size of a football field in the center of the campground that our dog really enjoyed playing fetch in. We enjoyed the pool and spa almost every day. The camp shop was also well stocked (wine and beer also for sale). One complaint we have is that our site had not yet been landscaped/rocked like all the other sites. Even though all sites are concrete pads and patios, the surrounding area for our site was dirt/dust/mud while almost every other site was neatly landscaped and had landscaping rocks. It looked like they were doing this one site and a time so next time we go I'm sure that site will be landscaped. Another issue we noticed was that our picnic table was at it's end of life and needed to be replaced. It looked like they were replacing picnic tables but hadn't finished the entire campground yet. We stayed at Flag City for 2 weeks in our 36' Fifth Wheel in site C27. $700 bi-weekly rate.

Easy on/off access from I-5, all pull through sites, immature shade trees, refreshing pool, 3 restroom/laundry rooms, meeting room, large dog area in the center of the "resort" surrounded by solar panels and used as an overflow reservoir when it rains, half of the spots were taken by weekly/monthly residents all of which had neatly organized areas. I had made a "reservation" the day before on their website, one of those ones where you do not have to provide any credit card information, nor do you get to chose your site. After I sent it, their automated response stated that my request would be responded to within 24 hours, however it was only a couple of hours. Very easy check in after we arrived and no one asked to see my PA card. Freeway noise, but we had the AC cranked and did not hear it while inside the RV.

Rate listed reflects 2 week rate, normal rate is $65/nt, they do offer two nights at half that price if you have Passport America. Most of the park is good sized full hookup pull throughs with easy access. We stayed in a back in site which was nice and private. A little road noise since you are pretty close to I-5. We stayed here another time in the ‘E’ section which was more quiet since its furthest from the interstate. Good park for passing through or staying a while to explore the area, nice cable, didn’t use the WIFI. Had decent 5G on ATT and TMobile. They offer good normal sized laundry for $1.25 per wash and $1 for a 45 minute dry. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Also a nice little shop with lots of essentials including beer and local wines. Michael David Winery is just down the street, and I would highly recommend making a reservation for lunch or a tasting there. Wish the staff in the office wore masks but at least they are behind plexi barriers.

Helpful staff and clean park. Pull through sites with quality power and water. Great laundry and heated sauna. I would stay again except for the poor WiFi service. We paid for premium service and on got 5mb down and 1mb up. We work from our RV so we need premium service, especially when we pay for it. Too bad, everything else was great.
