Lyle Lake Campground (actually, camp area), Adams County, Washington. Just 5 miles north of Othello is a low-lying area that represents the last of the old "Columbia Desert" before reservoirs and irrigation ditches were built at higher elevations. This raised the water table, creating dozens (even hundreds) of "seep lakes" in the middle of the desert. Combine this with lava flows, and all the migratory birds who now visit this desert area, and it's a pretty well time. Only in Washington!
