Avalon Landing RV Park is also known to many as a Florida RV Park, a recreational vehicle park, a Florida waterfront RV Park, a Florida Camping Destination, a Florida Travel Park, a Florida Waterfront RV Resort, one of many Florida RV Resort Communities, a Saltwater Fishing RV Resort, a boating RV Resort, a waterfront RV campground, or just one of the many campgrounds or RV Parks in Florida. We offer several different rate options including Daily (with discounts for Good Sam, AAA and Woodall's), Weekly and Monthly (Winter seasonal specials) Rates. Clubs, Big Rigs, Snowbirds are all welcome as are your pets (following pet policies). All of our sites are full hook-up with Free WiFi. We are a family based Florida RV Park which prides itself in providing our clients a Quality, Fun, Clean and relaxing Florida RV Park Vacation. We are within easy access of Interstate 10 (I-10) for an easy 1 (one) night's stay while traveling.. Golfers, Birdwatchers, Canoe & Kayak Enthusiasts, Bicyclers, Fishermen and Boaters will enjoy our park. We are located in Santa Rosa County, Fl. close to the surrounding counties of Escambia and Okaloosa, Fl as well as to Baldwin and Mobile counties in Alabama. We are located very near to Pensacola as well as Milton, Pace, Bagdad, Jay, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Navarre, Holley, Fort Walton and Destin. We are within easy access of several of the military bases, to include Pensacola Naval Air Station (NAS), Corry Station, Whiting Field, Hurlburt Field and Eglin Air Force Base.

We enjoyed out week at this park. Good spacing between sites for an RV park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We explored some of the sites around Pensacola. Tons more we didn't get to on the Mobile side of the bay. The main site visited was the Naval Air Museum. We liked this RV park and the surrounding community so much, we put down a deposit for 3 months next winter.

Nice Rv park just off I-10 and convenient to Pensacola. We spent 2 nights while we explored Pensacola. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Showers and laundry very nice and clean.

The site had a great view of water and birds and fish jumping .People were very friendly and fun to talk to , office was very helpful with information on where to go or not go .And very friendly

A great RV campground with sites right on the water. Great Wi-Fi, cable TV, and good phone. Would stay here again, if not for family I would just for Joe Patti's! and the great beaches.

Nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. Small store inside the office with a few essentials. Laundry machines didn't do a very good job getting the clothes as clean as I'd like, but $1.50 wash and $1.00 dry isn't that bad. Was here for a long-ish time, so got a discount on the rate, but the standard daily rate is above. Free fishing with no fishing license required. Canoes. The East sites are newer with concrete pads in front of the door, I stayed on the West side with gravel pads. Rained a fair bit so lots of mud/sand in my area. Sewer connections are a tad high which makes getting a good connection difficult. Never tried wifi - have unlimited 4g with Verizon, and the 4G signal was decent (not super fast, but fast enough to stream on). Road noise is pretty high, but what park doesn't have a road running by it. Pretty far from grocery stores and restaurants, but it's not too terrible of a drive (if you don't have a car, this could be a problem). Head north out of the park for access to Pensacola and Milton. Head south across the toll bridge ($3.75 if I remember right) to Gulf Breeze where you'll find a Camping World a few more miles down the road. Overall a tidy campground that is comfortable. A bit off the beaten path. Has a good amount of amenities. Very easy to get to, and large enough roads and sites to get around. You'll be comfortable here for a night or a month.

Very friendly at check in and very helpful. The spot was level and clean. We had a pull in spot #10 which gave us a view of the water out of our front window. The only problem I had, which is not the campgrounds fault, is I got bitten by bugs when I was hooking up in the afternoon. I would definitely stay again when I have more time. Wifi was just for email and looking up info.

Our spot was excellent itwas right on the water very peaceful. Was a little ways away from the beach so not as much beach traffic which was great. The couple that run this park are so friendly had us laughing during check in even showed us to our spot and guided us in to the spot. Your only and your from the beaches.

Mixed bag, but I’d still stay here again. Sites are nice, campground is clean, terrific T-Mobile signal, Verizon shows 2 bars but my phones internet service isn’t working. You can fish without a license from the bridge. Laundry/showers where clean but one of the laundry machines didn’t count every other quarter I put in. I’ll ask for a refund when the office opens. WiFi is a joke which, in fairness, they where up front about. They where helpful and kind at check in. Helped me back my trailer in.

Great sites. Appeared to be many permanent residents. If you get a water view it should be a pleasant experience. I would not stay at the other sites as they are packed tight.

Spots are level, front desk told us there was no way the GPS took us to the wrong entrance which was amusing. Their pull through are actually 2 spots back to back. Very narrow road in between parking spots. Easy access back to I-10. Wouldn’t stay more than a night. Not much other than a spot.

Great little hideaway, beautiful spot. Luann in office was very nice and informative about the area. Yes was great helping us park. Paved roads and level, rock RV spots. Plenty of room to park your truck or toad. We have 39' 5er. Place to fish for free! Very quiet, very green and clean. Extremely limited wifi. Fun to watch the pelicans. Will definitely stay again

We stayed here 2 nights while headed back for holidays. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Rules were well explained and strictly enforced (which I like). Jim, the owner, directed us to our campsite. I am a former trucker and have never had anyone give backup directions as good as he did. Our site was spacious, had great water pressure, extremely clean, and pretty views of the water. This is one of those parks that are just so neat and tidy. Enjoyed our short time here and would definitely be back for a longer stay. One mile off of I-10 with 4 fuel stations at the exit. 10 minutes to downtown Pensacola. Highly recommended park!

Not sure of our site number, it was in the newer section. we stayed for 1 week the beginning of March. site was level and nice, hookups worked great. Not sure about the cable connection, ours wasn't very good, but it could have been our unit. we had an extra $5 a night because it was spring break month (thought this was an unnecessary charge) and taxes ended up being $40 for the week. so added to the total quickly. Internet worked great. did not stream, just email, websurfing use. Location pretty good, easy access off highway and you can avoid busy Pensacola area by using bridge to the south of this campground. would have been nice for extended stay customers if they offered activities. restrooms were nice and large, powerful water for the shower.
