Nice campground. Electric and water. Dump station in campground. Quiet and pleasant stay. Nice swimming location at dam in the park. Family friendly. Toilets and showers also.

Nice little park near Winterset IA. Water and power hookups, but shared between sites, so we were lucky to have enough hose and extension to hookup. 2 Sections - one with lots of trees, one flat and open. On the tree section we were in, odd numbered sites were NOT very level - we could not get to level despite having front wheels in the air... Sites varied in length, mine could have taken a 45 footer, the one next to me would have been tight with 30... Great access to winterset, lots of county parks and the bridges of madison county.... 12"6' bridge and 90' corner at entry, manageable, but be careful :D. Visit Bakery Unlimited in Winterset - best donuts i've probably had, and i've had a lot of donuts...

We basically had the park to ourselves/it was cold and rained overnight. Easy site access. Location looks good for a longer summer stay. Also convenient to Winterset and the covered bridges of Madison County tour.
