I did like this place. The staff and other campers were extremely nice, the beach access and view are second to none and it’s fairly inexpensive for waterfront. Plus there is a certain pleasant vibe here that is hard to describe. Also, the campground WiFi was actually pretty good and usable! The camp hosts do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and tidy. It’s just too bad there is so much noise from the adjacent state road. Not too bad at night thankfully, but during the day it was a non-stop parade of motorcycles and trucks. If you are not a fisher person, there really isn’t much to do around here. There are better places in the Florida panhandle with beach access and a whole lot less road noise.

We stayed here for a week in late 2014. It is a great little park right on the water. The ocean (actually bay) front spots are very scenic. If you are a motorhome you pull into the spot, if you are a trailer you can back into the spot. The park is clean, I saw someone almost everyday raking up the stray pine needles and cones that fell to the ground, and the staff was very friendly. The sites were average in size, and all the amenities worked fine. The beach extends at least a mile into undeveloped areas where people let their dogs play off leash in the water and sand. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of others here. It is a quiet and relaxed park without any resort-like amenities. Carrabelle doesn't have a lot of things to do in the area so you have to drive further to find entertainment if you are not there to fish. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We stopped at the Ho-Hum RV Park on our way from St Petersburg to Panama City. The host was super friendly! She put us in a pull through spot to make it easy to get an early start in the morning. They have a lovely water front view with a fishing pier and bench swings to enjoy the view. Not much of a beach when we where there (high tide). Some road noise from Hywy 98 and no walkable services (we did not have the toad with us on that trip).

The staff at the park is very friendly. The park is small, quiet, and on the water. It's a great place to relax.

Nice little park. Pretty much all rock. Some beach and a fishing pier. Easy in and out and not to much road noise. I wanted to stay another night due to storms in the area and they could accommodate me but I had to move spots. Now as I look around the park and see it half empty I see no reason for me to move spots. Dissatisfied with that so we jest stayed the 1 night. I can totally understand if it was busy or going to be busy. But for me to move while there’s plenty of spots doesn’t work for me.
