It’s a smaller quiet campground (which we love). Our site had a creek running right behind it. It was nice to listen at night and to have our morning coffee beside. The pool area was very nice. Besides the pool there was a kiddie pool and jacuzzi. The noise from the highway was not that bad.the trolley stop outside the park was great for going into Gatlinburg.

I was reluctant at first to stay here but it got pretty good reviews so we decided to go ahead and try it. It was a great clean campground. The pool was nice. The staff was nice. It was so close to all the attractions. Even Gatlinburg was only about 20 min away. Would definitely stay here again. The only bad thing is you do not get very good Verizon service but that is not the campgrounds fault.

Mill Creek Resort has full hook up camp pads, small bungalow trailers and cabins. Our family of four (2 adults, children age 10 & 8) rented a cabin. It was a single room with full bath and little kitchen. The pool was great and well maintained. The bathhouse was clean, tiled, very nice. The grounds were well maintained. Two play grounds, one was nicely shaded - both well kept and maintained. Location was great to access Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokey's. This was a great place to launch from in the Pigeon Forge area, for day trips. It was nice to swim before or after a day outing. The only challenge, this place is packed with people. There are 20 somethings working in the area and they live in the rental bungalows and one of the cabins. Everyone was friendly, but it felt like you were on a friendly college campus - lots of activity, late into the morning. No one was loud or obnoxious with behavior, but because we're all so close together, you can hear the conversations. Our bathroom (wall) was 3 feet from the deck of a rental bungalow. The kids (20's) on the deck were polite and no bad language, but they talked and laughed (not loud) until 3am - sounded like they were in our bathroom. There is also a large group of full time rvers. Some appear to be staying for long periods. Not unexpected with the rvers. This campground was more of a busy neighborhood, friendly busy neighborhood. We liked the location, and the cleanliness of this campground - but our family prefers a little more mellow. If you are into friendly busy campgrounds - this is the place for you :) We'll look for a little more mellow place next time :)

The staff was extremely courteous. The residents were amazingly friendly. Full hookups plus cable and wifi. The only negative is the spaces are a bit tight.

Nice older park. Well maintained. Roads and spots are a little tight for big rigs but doable. Very mature trees offer plenty of shade. Very quiet park other than highway noise. Very clean! Friendly staff. Very short office hours though. Nice pool. Trolly stop in front of park will take you downtown easily. Parking down there is a mess. WiFi was better than most.

We stayed here for a week in mid-October 2018 in site 17. We had FHU, 30/50 amp and a brook right behind us. The site had a very level cement pad and patio, picnic table, and bench. It was just long enough for our 35’ motorhome and our car parked sideways. Sites are very close together but well manicured. The staff cares a great deal about the business and customers. We were provided a packet of local information including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We were escorted to our site and assisted in backing in. Cable and Wifi were very good and there is a Gatlinburg Trolley stop at the top of their driveway. It is right on a busy street and there was a lot of road noise but it quiets down at night. Police, PO, grocery, liquor are within walking distance. They have 2 pools and a hot tub that were still open in mid-October, a small fenced in pet area, bathrooms and laundry (did not check them out). Trash is picked up at your site. We paid $68 per night with Good Sam’s/AAA discount. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are very touristy. We enjoyed the different areas of Great Smoky Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway. Check out Dragon’s Tail Route 129 for a fun drive (NOT with your RV!).
