The motorhome camp in Las Vegas was an unexpected delight, given its considerable size. Many of those employed at the site also own and reside in their own motorhomes within the camp. All the staff were very friendly and easy to interact with. The campsite as a whole is kept in excellent condition. The washrooms and showers seem to have been recently renovated and are kept impeccably clean. There is a security presence at the entrance around the clock. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable. The plots are flat and asphalted, with the gravelled areas neatly arranged.

The team is fantastic. The place is well-situated. However, it's absurd that there is no swimming facility despite the temperature reaching 100 degrees. Furthermore, there were several recreational vehicles that were over two decades old, which contradicts their own regulations. Plus, several permanent residents had clutter around, which was also against the rules.

I'm fairly certain that the proprietors are unfamiliar with the term "resort." This place certainly doesn't qualify as one. We visited in March only to find the pool and hot tub drained. There was no prior warning that these facilities would be out of service when we made our reservation. We don't own any pets, so the dog park is irrelevant to us. The ordinary parking spaces on the perimeter of the so-called "resort" are nothing more than a parking area with hookups. If your spot is on the rear street of the park, reaching the showers and laundry services in the next row is a challenge unless you're willing to take a long detour. We were positioned smack in the center of the last row, making any route lengthy and without any shuttle service to ease the journey. 😏😐 The premium and deluxe spots are slightly improved. The showers are renovated and well-maintained. In retrospect, I only have myself to fault for attempting to economize by not choosing the KOA nearby.

We're growing tired of misleading promotions. One more instance, like many others, where the Wi-Fi is practically useless. Another scenario where the swimming pool is perpetually under repair and hence, always empty, as confirmed by regular inhabitants. When I inspected this park on Apple Maps, I observed that the pool was vacant. I initially assumed it was due to some maintenance work. However, it turned out that the pool remains empty, with no hot tub in sight. We were really anticipating using the hot tub. If you're seeking reliable Wi-Fi, you'll need to pay an additional fee. The free Wi-Fi is a farce. The place is expansive, much like most RV parks in Vegas. Other reviews accurately describe it as a colossal parking area with hook-ups. If you own pets, the silver lining is that they offer a pet bath and numerous dog runs equipped with water bowls and bags for waste disposal. The downside is that nearly everyone has dogs of varying sizes. You might need to wait for a dog run to become available, but there's also a leash-required dog area. As it's a vast asphalt parking lot, they mandate that all dogs use only those designated areas for their business. The pavement can get excessively hot during the summer months (April - October) and could harm your dog's paws. The major plus points of this place are the staff members - extremely professional and courteous. Interacting with them was delightful. The security was top-notch, and the facilities were clean and high-quality, barring the pool and Wi-Fi. Expect a crowd as the place is easily accessible and in close proximity to Fremont or the strip. Would we revisit? Absolutely. It's reasonably priced for brief stays. We spent two nights, Friday and Saturday, and the "Off Season" rate of $38 per night was unbeatable considering the professionalism of the staff. WE FELT SECURE AND WELCOMED.

I won't sugarcoat it - the initial experience of hearing gunshots on my first night almost made me pack up and leave. But we decided to stick around, as it seemed this was a rather common occurrence for all RV parks in Vegas. The security at the gate is always on point, thoroughly checking passes before letting anyone in. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Inside the RV park, it feels secure with a lot of staff members patrolling on golf carts. However, the area outside the park is a different story - I wouldn't recommend walking the streets. The pool is surprisingly pleasant for an RV park and the laundry facilities are well-maintained. However, it's not exactly a dog-friendly place - the designated dog areas are covered in gravel, making it too hot to use during the day. We had to take our dogs out early in the morning and after sunset. Given that the park has over 300 sites, there are a lot of dogs, so we often found ourselves waiting for a vacant spot. If you're not comfortable with long-term residents, this might not be the place for you. Roughly 45% of the spots are occupied by permanent residents, complete with porches! But I didn't find any of them to be untidy or undesirable - they all seemed pretty neat and we didn't have any problems with them. Be cautious when making your booking - there are about 20 spots near the entrance that are outside the gate and I wouldn't recommend staying there - it's too exposed to the street and passersby. The Wi-Fi here is the best I've experienced in an RV park! We didn't even need to set up our own connection and I was able to work all week using the park's Wi-Fi, which is a first for us!

Things just didn't start well here. Pulled in with our C-RV attached to our 37' Class A just before sunset midweek. Typically I unhook the car while my wife registers. Unfortunately there's just enough of a slope that it made unhooking difficult. I was pretty much so told that was where I had to unhook (which made sense later). A very nice guy (who turned out to be our neighbor) patiently waited before escorting us to our site. He politely stood by while my wife navigated me into our standard back in site. She knows precisely how I like to have the coach positioned. Part of his job was to make sure that I was only in my site. That's a great policy. All hook-ups at our site are behind the coach in a shared gravel area. Our 50 amp outlet is located so low to the ground that the portable circuit breaker thing I use is essentially lying on the ground. Not good. I use one of those blue disposable water filters attached to a gauge pressure regulator for the water. The faucet is about 9 inches above the ground pointing down at a 45* angle. It required the short little hose attachment that they often is included with the filters, an item I had neglected to bring this trip. Good thing we had plenty of water in our fresh water tank! Then there was the dump hose issue. It's a long run (about 20' for our coach) to an elevated connection on the far side an asphalt curb. These hoses ". . . should be raised off the ground . . ." at this park. Never ran into that before. Our dump orifice is located so very close to the utility box that I had to cut off the lever on our attachment designed to facilitate an easy solid connection or dumping would have been impossible. But . . . The site is pretty wide. Plenty of room to park the car in front of the rig. It's hardly more than an asphalt parking lot, but that also makes leveling easy. All the employees have been just great. We look for a quiet, safe park and it most definite has been that. (I would not suggest venturing outside the park on foot, however.). We try to stay at the nicest facility in the area. This is probably number 2. For our desired purpose in visiting the area - visiting family, not casinos - not to mention the discounted special we took advantage of, this will be our #1 choice.

We really enjoyed the Las Vegas RV Resort. It was clean and super secure. We had to stop at the security shack when we left and when we returned. The park was patrolled, and we felt safe leaving our belongings in the back of our truck. The showers were single and very clean, water pressure was great. We were able to sight see a bit in Vegas, as the resort was close to everything. There was wifi and great cell service. The laundry facilities were clean and well kept. Our only dislike was the dog park/potty area. Our dogs are pretty picky and wouldn't walk on the gravel, or use the park to potty. Not a big deal, we were able to walk them and they did their business. The park was also right behind our camper, so we had to hear barking and conversations all day/night. Overall, a great park, we would absolutely stay here again.

Our 3rd visit here, just as expected. Clean park, good working facilities, cheap, clean laundry rooms. An excellent on-site pet sitter who is the BEST!! She is actually the reason we came back last spring and again this fall as Vegas is a cheap place to fly out of and we had various family matters we needed to fly out to and her services were fantastic, plus her hubby is an Uber driver and got us to and from the airport with no fuss which was great. Calling an Uber in a big RV park is always a challenge for them to find your site. I'm sure we'll be back next time we need to fly.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the Las Vegas RV Resort, just 10 minutes from the Vegas strip was only $29 per night. The RV park offered level sites with full hookups, clean bathrooms, a pool, spa, and laundry. It was the perfect place to beat the heat, get caught up on work, laundry, etc., relax by the pool and enjoy a night out on the Vegas strip. Overall, it was one of the best value RV parks we’ve stayed at in terms of the amenities, cleanliness, location and price. Will definitely stay there again!

We generally only use campgrounds half the time we are out; and then, it is state or national campgrounds. However, we found ourselves going through Las Vegas and needing to stop a few days to plug in for work and being close enough to Starbucks for some decent internet. I was a bit apprehensive going into it. It is not our type of camping but for what it is (parking lot style), the campground could not be better run or maintained. It is not in the best area but I felt safe and it was very quiet in the middle of the campground off such a busy road. We even felt okay walking to nearby Sam’s Town in the evening for a movie. It was convenient to Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants. And not far from the Strip. The spots are very spacious and meant to accommodate big rigs with tow cars and other toys. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, from the office to security to people cleaning. All the facilities are super clean. We’ve stayed at many $300+ night hotels that don’t have as good of house cleaning. The laundry area has commercial grade front load washers; so you can wash some blankets and larger loads. The pet areas are also well implemented and I even saw them spraying the areas down with something I am assuming to keep it more sanitary. There is also a HUGE dog park a couple of miles away. Only one super picky comment, I did not care for the shower heads in the women’s side of the building we used. There are a few shower buildings. My husband said the men’s had great pressure. I only mention it because I have long, thick hair. The hot water temp was great though. The WiFi they offered did not work for us but I don’t think many or any campground WiFi is usable. The rate is $39/night for the site we were in but they offer a 10% Good Sam’s discount. Verizon coverage varied throughout the campground, 1-4 bars 4G. It was 1-2 bars at are site.

Wouldn't let me stay on monthly rate because I had a white curtain behind the driver seat in my class C. They wanted me to buy (only silver) windshield cover for the inside - not use my white canvas windshield cover. Said I could not leave window awnings out of I was not in the RV. BUT neighbor had enough LED's on the outside of his RV to light a football stadium and that is OK. They made me remove styrofoam black out curtains I put in so I could sleep with all the light. WAY too regulated and manager is real snotty. Stayed before and they were nice.

We found ourselves in town for an RV repair and waiting several days for a part (at Findlays RV Repair). It was a clean, tightly packed and quiet RV park. The pool was great and the entire place is very clean and well cared for. We stayed in the back and had a close relationship with our neighbors. The park is quiet, but you will hear the noise of Vegas from planes, helicopters and sirens. While I wouldn't stay there for weeks on end, as Vegas isn't my favorite place. It is a nice park if you need to be in town. Security is good, the pool and jacuzzi are great and we had a great time.

Not gonna lie - the first night I heard gunshots and was ready to leave… However we stuck it out because that seemed pretty much common for EVERY RV park inside Vegas…. There is ALWAYS a guard at the gate and he does check the pass before letting people in… the staff was SUPER friendly and kind! The inside of the RV park does feel safe with lots of staff around on golf carts.. Outside the RV park is another story… I wouldn’t walk the street.. The pool is actually really nice for an RV park and the laundry rooms were clean! 1,000% not dog friendly- the designated dog areas are gravel so to hot all day to use… We had to take them at 6AM and after dark… There is also SO many dogs since the place is 300+ sites we found ourselves always waiting for an open area even at those times. If full timers bother you then this so not the place for you! I’d say 45% of the spots were permanent residents - porches and all! I didn’t find any other them to be “junky or trashy” all seemed fairly tidy and We had no issue with them 😁 Be mindful of where you book - they have maybe 20 spots at the entrance OUTSIDE the gate that I would NOT stay at all - completely open to the street and anyone walking by. The internet was by far the BEST I’ve had at a park so far! We never had to set ours up and I was able to work all week off of the parks Wi-Fi which has never happened for us before!

OK - not wonderful for scenic view but we had a quick stop on our way from LA to Provo. From the greeting at the guard shack to the cleanness of the facility, it was overall a great place to land. There is ample staff - all of which were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome, clean and believe it or not - cool (temp). Bathrooms had real showers not the timed push button limits. And talk about clean - absolutely spotless. Or site was level and clean. I didnt spend a lot of time at the site because it was over 100. It was just a parking space. While clean, not much else other than a lone palm tree and a table. But again, I wasnt there for the scenery. You are only a $18 Uber ride away from the strip and Sam's Town is in walking distance. I am not a fan of Sam's Town but we did walk for our initial dinner at the Angry Butcher (not bad). Wi-Fi is like every other park, marginal at best. I forgot to mention they have a golf cart guide you to your spot. As the lot is larger and they want you to pull in a certain way, just follow the guide and you will be there without issue.

The whole week here was awesome, all the employees were very friendly. The park was easy to get in and out of. The pool and clubhouse were awesome. There is a fenced in area for dogs which is really nice since ours hates to be leashed. The only negative I have to comment on is that there are no quarter machines anywhere and everything there seems to take quarters such as the laundry and the ice machine. Otherwise the bathrooms/showers were really nice and clean, we'd stay here again if were back in Vegas.

We had to unexpectedly stop in Vegas due to truck issue. Called this place and they were very accommodating. Our spot was close to the new bathrooms and the site was large. They have a pool, laundry, clubhouse and dog run. 50/30 Amp with FHU. Hotter than Hades, but we will be back in the winter. Best RV park bathrooms we have ever seen!

What a great deal. Full hookups for ~$35. The place is very well kept, sites are all level, and there is 24 hour security. The place feels very safe with the friendly security staff. There are lots of really nice rigs with pride of ownership from most of the people staying there. This is a typical parking lot style RV park but the sites are spacious enough that we could park our toad easily beside our RV and there was plenty of room for slides and a picnic table. We only stayed for one night. The Vegas Strip is about a 10-15 minute drive away. If we pass through Las Vegas again, we would definitely stay here again.

Is it mostly an asphalt parking lot, yes, but so are all the other parks in the area. This one is at least well taken care of and has some landscaping and palm trees present. Our back in site was on the perimeter so we actually had some nice flowering bushes behind us along the fence. One interesting thing to point out is that your dogs are only allowed to do their business in designated areas (they said this is because they don’t get enough rain to wash it away from other places) which is both annoying when your spot is a good 5 minute walk away but also great because you meet so many people. There’s a few scattered leash needed areas throughout the park and one central off leash dog park area that actually has 4 separate sections, usually you can get a section entirely to yourself if you want your dog to focus and not play. There’s also a woman there called the dog nanny that will take your dog to the park for you or watch him while you are away, she operates on tips only. The pool is nice, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay, the laundry rooms are nice and relatively cheap ($1.75 wash, $1.25 dry) although for the size of the park there’s not a ton of machines so there can be a wait. We had excellent cell service and had no trouble working. The park does offer WiFi but we never tried it.

Las Vegas RV Resort is one of those campgrounds that look like a giant parking lot. If you want to be out in nature and enjoy the silence, you have come to the wrong place. But it is conveniently located, wel layed out, and reasonably priced. The facilities are spotless and the staff is very friendly and provides great service. We use this campground as a starting point for our trips and we have stayed here for one or two nights several times T-mobile cell phone service is very good, .4 bars out of 5. The wifi provided by the park is not fast, but it works (and that is better than in many other locations).

The park is well maintained and staff are very accommodating. There is 24 hour security with a security station at the entrance of the park. They also do a nite patrol. The sites are wide and picnic tables are provided. Landscaping is attractive with several palms and trees throughout the park. The back part of the the resort is basically a parking lot. If possible I would try to secure a site in the middle, avoiding spots 175 -241. There are some permanent residents here but the facility is very clean. The washrooms/showers are clean. The showers are individual and access is with a key, a deadbolt is on the inside of door, adding a bit of extra security. Very roomy. Laundry facility is available at a cost of $1.25 for wash and $1.00 for dry. Park is quiet during the evening. They have a swimming pool/hot tub which was very clean. They were offering a special rate of $29.00 per nite. This is not state park camping but it is very convenient, with Sams Town within walking distance, Wal-mart within walking distance. Bus access to the strip is by way of bus 202, running down Flamingo drive. Cost for the bus is $2.00 one way. A great park to stay in while visiting Las Vegas. Park provides free internet but not cable T.V. Full hook-ups 30/50/amp. Site people will guide you into your site.

We have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and each visit was similar. We stayed in May and again in June. I first time we set up in 105 degrees and I was very happy the a/c was working. This park has FT residents and over nighters. The park is well maintained and very quiet. They have security and someone will show you to your site upon check in. Check in was easy. They have a fair amount of rules but they are spelled out and when checking in if you have a dog they go over them. They have specific areas in the park to take your dog. They are not allowed to stop and do their business any other place. We had to trot our dog down there in very hot weather so keep that in mind. The sites are all rock and have a picnic table. We washed clothes here and the facility was fine and the price was fair. We would stay here again for the price. We camp in a 30Ft TT with one slide

Excellent facilities. Very clean bathrooms and laundry. The grounds are well kept as is the sparkling pool. Very friendly staff and night staff to keep others out. This is an adults only park. No one under 18 allowed to stay so there is no "kids" noise. Wi-Fi useable but not the fastest and dropped out more times than it was on. The only gripe I would have was some of the more permanent residents thought they owned the place and would take refuge in the games room from the heat but would then stretch out sleep on the lounges so there was nowhere to sit :(. The park is about a 10 minute walk to Sam's Town and about 7 miles from the strip. Although, once you are on Flamingo Rd, it is a straight rd to Las Vegas Boulevard

We travel with a small dog, and since this park advertises they have a couple of dog runs, decided to book a week's stay. We enjoyed the park overall but were disappointed with the graveled piddle parks set aside for all the canines in the park, mostly because they stank of urine. The park claims they 'treat' the gravel daily, this doesn't seem to include anything more than raking. Since the gravel isn't washed down, the urine simply builds up and the stench gets worse. Our poor little dog really hated being dragged into one, but there was no choice as the park strictly enforces its rules that dogs don't relieve themselves anywhere else. The rest of the park was lovely, but if you're a dog owner, think twice about what your dog's much more sensitive nose must endure. This is the reason for the Dirty rating.

This RV Park is packed, but they've utilized the space thoughtfully. It was so organized, safe (24/7 security), the rounds were well taken care of and an enjoyable experience. We've been traveling for 19 months all over the country and they have the cleanest and cheapest onsite laundry room we've experienced. They have a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, arrows around the park that weave you through the park totally a 1 mile distance. Everything is asphalt. Walkable to Sam's Town Casino. It is a drive to the strip and not in the nicest area outside the RV park gates, but it was a great spot for our stay. Wifi was fast and AT&T service was good. We would stay here again.

The sites are classified as standard (closer together), deluxe (wider, pull-through) and premium (widest, with space for storage sheds for example) There are also extra long sites. We had a deluxe site near the pool along one of the main roadways through the park, so it lacked a bit of privacy but overall was a good site. A nice amenity is that you're assigned a golf cart & driver who helps to find your site and uses the best way to get you positioned to park. Very helpful. Sites are level with asphalt pads and all hookups. Warm days with cool nights. Full-sun 24/7. Sites had pebbles and our site has some small bushes next to the road. Picnic tables were at each site. We were there primarily for business, and didn't use these, but besides a pool, there's a hot tub, clubhouse, laundry, etc. and you can also have packages delivered. We used Door Dash one night and the laundry, which was clean. The park is gated and your Site number flyer is required to be shown when you enter, so it seemed pretty secure. The area around the park has all the usual Vegas strip malls with all major chains nearby. Walmart is about a mile down the same road as the park. Also good access to highways. The pet policy was bothersome to me. We have a small dog who has to pee frequently but dogs are supposed to use the pet areas and there were only 2, not far, but not close by. It was a pain to have to walk for a quick pee for our dog. There's a dog run with 3 sections for small and larger dogs, but there were a lot of dogs, and at night, the pebbles there were pretty pee-soaked. During the day was better since it was so hot. There are a lot of winter full-timers and according to a neighbor, all the winter spots were booked. Not sure if they reserve some spots for short-term use. Overall, a nice park, very well-maintained and a good place to stay to see Vegas. It was a bit of a busy area for me as I'd prefer to be off in the quiet desert but served our purposes. Overall, quiet but not peaceful because the part was full. Would stay again.

This was a nice, affordable park near the strip, offering quite a few amenities, such as pool, hot tub, dog run etc. The sites are fairly spacious and include a picnic table. Our only complaint would be the site we were placed in(site #330), which was right by the dog run. This should be a good thing, since we have a dog, but not so much. Due to it being overwhelming loud most of the time, even after 10pm(quiet hours), we had our fill. This is a very nice park that we would return to, so long as we aren't beside the dog run.

We stayed here a week and it was fantastic. The park is secure, quiet, clean, and well maintained. The bathhouse is amazing compared to other parks we have stayed in, because you have room, privacy and super clean. Pet friendly with designated areas for your dogs, which we actually liked. The park was quiet at night which was surprising considering you are in Vegas. Look forward to staying there again, perhaps for an extended stay, also sites were pretty descent in size.

Park itself is very friendly, clean and well landscaped. Pool looked nice. About a half hour by car to the strip. Can park your over sized truck for free in the Tropicana surface lot or Venitien spot for oversized vehicles in their parking garage. Take an immediate right when you enter. RV parks in Vegas are all in sketchy neighborhoods so this park is probably as good as it gets. I’d recommend getting a deluxe site to be more in the center of the park to avoid stray bullets. Someone was shot just over the fence from us one night we were there.

We stayed two nights in a pull thru full hookup site. The park is very large with all pavement and gravel. It is in the city so not unexpected. The location is fairly close to downtown and near a casino Sams Town. We ubered into the strip. The park is well kept clean and has security. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No grass anywhere so not particularly easy on the dog but they do have fenced in dog yards. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and in good condition. The pool is decent with a nice patio and tv room. The bathrooms were clean and the park well kept. As in other reviews it was not well suited for our dog. They do have gravel fenced in dog yards but no grass anywhere. This place has a great website, and it is definitely as clean as it says. BUT, they are definitely NOT pet friendly, more like pet tolerant if you must bring 'em. The dog areas...well..it's a big park to walk through, and your dog is ONLY allowed to pee in the designated pee area. Which for us was the equivalent of 2 blocks away. So, in the mornings it was a mad rush to carry my little one and try to keep my bigger guy moving down the middle of the street to get to the pee area with no illegal peeing. And, you have to be careful not to walk anywhere but the middle of the street. Just a bit ridiculous. The shuttle to Sam's isnt as close as they say, and you are much further from the Strip than they say. The lowest we paid for an Uber to the Strip was $22 the highest was $50. Everything is super clean. It is basically just a huge pavement lot with a few trees and a bit of gravel landscaping here and there. You're very close to neighbors. Also don't plan on using their wifi. They give you a whole sheet of how you can use and how it can't be used. It is quiet. Crazy ghost town kind of quiet. I was looking forward to an adult only park, but this was intense. I'm definitely not ready for adults only Was not my kind of place, and I couldn't wait to get outta there. What a pain.

We stayed for a month, and found the monthly rate to be an excellent value for the area. The resort is mostly an asphalt parking lot with lines (unless you score a Premium site with some gravel landscaping -- we couldn't get one) but it got the job done and we didn't feel too cramped. Yes, it's not in the best neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe, and the location was fairly convenient for getting around by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The RVers here seemed to mostly keep to themselves... it didn't seem to be a "wave and smile at your neighbor" kind of place. The WiFi was awful, but we've come to expect that. AT&T and Verizon worked fine. Surprisingly our site was pretty un-level and we needed several blocks under our motorhome's front tires and jacks before our jacks could get us level. The main drawback for us was the very strict dog rules, requiring dogs to only use the designated gravel pet area in the center of the park for relieving themselves. This is a pretty large RV Resort, so many people would drive their dogs (in a car or golf cart) to the gravel lot, some with smaller dogs would carry them there. Our Labrador Retriever hated walking on the gravel in the dog area, so we ended up driving him to a local park a couple blocks north every afternoon for a nice walk on some grass. We would stay here again for a few days, but because of the dog rules, we'd probably not do a long stay.

We stayed at the Las Vegas RV Resort for 5 days without a tow vehicle, which kind of sucked. The RV Resort was okay. The people were friendly and the club house bathrooms were clean, but the neighborhood around the RV park was pretty sketchy. It is within easy walking distance of Sam's Town, Walmart and not much else.
