We spent a few weeks at this location and it was fantastic in numerous ways! The positive aspects include well-organized sites with concrete platforms. All the utilities like electricity, water, and sewage connections were clean. The swimming pool and other facilities were great, though we couldn't comment on the lazy river and splash pad as they were not open during our stay. There's a convenience store on the premises, a compact fitness center, and a sauna. They also have a lakeside eatery which we liked and they organize events almost every day. On the downside, the cost for some activities seemed a tad high. The scavenger hunt, which is entirely phone-based, was particularly noticeable. The laundry cost is the highest we've encountered in any campsites, at $3 per load for both washing and drying - so $6 for a complete wash and dry! It's a very pleasant campsite, conveniently located near the city center and Richmond Hill. Despite a few negatives, we found this to be a superb place to stay. We are certain to return!

Arrival - Super easy with online booking. The approach into registration is a little wonky, a super hard left, but the registration lanes were very wide and accommodating. Check-in was super easy with a great deal of information provided. Navigation to the sites is super easy as well. Tips - Make sure you're looking on your left for the white fence at the entrance and have your speed down on the access road. If you have kids, try to get one of the spots closer to the playground, pool, and lazy river. If not, the spots out on the periphery where we were are great. Watch out for the kiddos, they were everywhere and some folks were driving a little too fast for our liking within the park. Favorites - So much to do and see in the park. We stayed over Halloween and the calender was jam-packed with events, parades, trick-or-treating, and pumpkin carving contests; super fun for the kids. Beautifully appointed and maintained park. Clear line of sight for Starlink. Negatives - No real negatives to spoil the experience. Some highway/road noise out where we stayed.

CreekFire Motor Ranch is a newer RV campground and as such you'll find that some things are still under construction as of June 2018 (like the lake facilities that will eventually have rentals and a restaurant). The rest of the resort itself is amazingly well kept and the amenities are many. Golf cart rentals, a camp store, a huge pool with cabanas (for rent) and a kids pool that's about a foot deep with a small slide but ample room give you tons to do during your stay. There are tons of games in a covered outdoor area, as well as a bar area where they occasionally do drinks. The sites are a decent size, nothing to write home about, but accommodate even big rigs with ease. There are two sections, one by the lake, one closer to the pool, that give the option of the type of stay you'd like. We opted for lake view and were pleasantly surprised at the quiet vibe out near our spot. Options for both pull-thru and back-in and tons of walking trails and paved roads for bike riding. It was about 20 minutes to Savannah (downtown) making it a great spot outside the city to make home base but close enough to enjoy all that Savannah has to offer. Right off I-95, but hidden back away from the noise CreekFire will definitely be a place we stay again in the future.
