This is not a resort campground nor is it a campground built for escapism. It’s very close to Niagara Falls, the Rainbow Bridge (for driving into Canada), and Buffalo, NY. Mike is very friendly; check in was easy. The sites are full hook up or w/e only. There are pull throughs and back-ins, 30amp and 50amp sites. Your site is assigned once you arrive. You pay a deposit when you book and pay the rest when you arrive. They have Good Sam and weekly discounts and I was also given a cash/check discount. So our total was $51 a night for a week’s stay. The sites toward the front are definitely more level and have better cell service, but the sites toward the back are better shaded. Cell service and wifi was enough for me to work during the week and stream at night. The facilities could use some work. They are very old, and it’s hard to tell if they are clean or just old. Laundry is available - $2.50 a wash/$1.75 a dry. Basically, don’t expect a beautiful vacation campground. I work full time remotely from the camper. I was able to work during the days and get to Niagara Falls, CAN, and Buffalo quickly after work. Even with the discount, which I’m thankful for, it is overpriced for what it is. But it served my needs, I felt safe, and the owner was friendly so 3 stars. With some TLC to the sites and the facilities, I’d give it 4.

We'll start off by saying this is a great location to visit Niagara Falls and for provisioning, but that's the only positives. Walmart, Tractor Supply, ACE, etc all in the area. Colton RV is just down the road. Don't believe this locations website, it hasn't been maintained in a while. Although the sites & drives are asphalt it has pot holes and uneven surfaces; looks like they just poured it in with no defined borders. Trees, shrubs need trimming, no fencing on one side were there are dogs running loose at neighbors Restroom/showers/laundry are in the worst conditions. No locks on doors for stalls or entrances, poor maintenance and really bad cleanliness (never saw anyone clean the entire time we were there - same trash all week). Fixtures loose, off the wall, stuff hanging down from ceiling. Laundry was the same, dog hair in washer & dryer. Most gas station restrooms are in better shape. The utility pedestals, hydrant, sewer is way too close to the neighbors, in fact they seemed offset by one site each. This was true for both pull-throughs and back in. We were assigned a 50amp back in site but the asphalt was uneven so we moved to a 30amp which usually is no problem for our 50amp trailer due to our large (600mah) battery capability & Victron system. However, even though the Surge Guard didn't fault on anything, the Victron's didn't like the 30amp (current must have been wonky, but have no amp meter to verify). We moved our feed to our neighbors pedestal which had both and they were using the 30amp circuit. This campground seems like an afterthought addition to the small motel that is at the entrance. Office/residence and motel roof's seem in disrepair, one section had a tarp over it. A little TLC & attention to detail and this campground has a lot of potential with the right owner which is not at present. Still too pricey for the condition it is in.
