I've never visited a community-owned open space that housed permanent campers. Approximately 80% of the spots were occupied by long-term residents. The majority of the vacant spots are compact and situated on highly uneven terrain. It was impossible for me to balance my 30 ft trailer either horizontally or vertically. The initial step at my entrance was more than a foot above the ground. I chose not to connect my sewage line as the incline prevented me from draining the tank. I utilized the waste disposal station upon departure, although a low-hanging tree branch brushed against my air conditioner. I'm doubtful that a 5th wheel could access the waste disposal station without sustaining damage. Despite these issues, the campground boasts picturesque lake views. The restroom facilities were outdated yet hygienic. The employees were extremely amicable. I won't consider a return visit unless significant improvements are made to the spots.
