We stayed here for 3 months and are definitely going back. Our fees were $350/month +electric. There is laundry on site and the trees are amazing. Our children loved riding their bikes, climbing the old oak trees, and playing here. The staff is very friendly. There is lots of renovations being done to make the park a better place. They also have free WiFi and cable. Great for vacationers, workers, and full time living. Everyone is so friendly and it really becomes your neighborhood within a few days. I’ll post pictures later, the pictures listed look old. Most of the park is paved and beautiful.
