We weren’t expecting much when we checked into this place based on the reviews that are out there but we were actually pleasantly surprised. Yes… The camping is super crowded but everyone is an RV so it’s very quiet. The little airport across the street has a deck you can walk to and listen to the air traffic controller on speakers. It was kind of cool. There’s tons of biking paths all around. Just cross the street get on the biking path forward to the left and it takes you to all kinds of other paths in parks. We were there to visit friends in Naples so it served its purpose and we were fine. Oh …and don’t expect any Wi-Fi although they advertise that they have it

Sadly, the Google 1/5 (1 star) recommendations for this park are spot on. From the cramped sites to the office staff attitude, I found a new low bar set for hospitality expressed to weary travelers, especially those that only intend to stay a week. If you are one of those unlucky people (regardless previously being assigned a site#) be prepared to be bumped on the day you arrive parallel to the road next to the office where your awning will open up into the street. The staff has lost perspective and is adversarial with the guests at every turn. I grew weary of listening to empty apologies followed by the staff blaming the new owners and the computer system for their own ineptitude. As is the case with many acquisitions in the hospitality industry, the new owners had best bite the bullet and replace the office staff. They are not honest, angry and these attributes are destined to drag this park down further from where it stands now in the ratings.

This is a 55+ campground. It doesn’t say that here, so I thought I’d let you know. We haven’t stayed because we don’t fit the demographic.

This park is located right next to Naples Airport - servicing commercial jets and small planes. There was traffic from 6am until midnight most every day - all day long. The noise was at times unbearable. Our site - #13 - was right next (within 20ft) of North Road and all that airport traffic. There were some trees and shrubs that bordered our site but it did nothing for noise control. Our camper is 31 ft long and it barely fit. Most sites you park your vehicle parallel to the road in front of your camper or on the concrete patio pad (which not only blocks any view but limits outdoor seating). Very tight. Our neighbors had to move their vehicles so we could leave. There is no overflow parking - several people parked on North Road. Only a portion of the "resort" is dog-friendly. You are told to cross the road (North Road) to walk your dog on the airport property. WiFi service was very limited and any antenna TV service was interrupted by airplane traffic. Cable was available but was not a very good picture. The "resort" amenities were standard: pool, laundry, library, clubhouse. Nothing special. The only bright spot was the location to the greenway with walking and bike paths. Even getting to the "great beach location" was a 20 minute drive. Overall I would suggest using your $$$$ for a better location in Naples.

We were in Naples for work and this was a great place to stay. We were here for the month of June which is Naples off season so it was great, very quiet. Although this park has permanent residents they are not allowed to stay year round so while we were there almost everyone was gone. We had a shady spot but the tree dropped tons of debris. Bathroom and laundry room were good, but they did not have ac. The pool was beautiful. People were nice. We enjoyed being just a few miles from the beautiful beach. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area: Parrot Bar, Tacos & Tequila and Michaelbob's bbq.
