My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights as it was close to Hillbilly Hot Dogs, which this is a great place to visit for lunch. Ben on Diners Drive Ins & Dives. And if you give a tip be prepared for all hell to let loose. Other than that I would go again especially on weekends

The pull through sites were narrow, not level, and in need of additional gravel. There wasn’t room to walk along beside our RV without stepping off the gravel and into the waterlogged muddy grass between sites.

Only reason I say we’d stay here again is because it would be our last resort! The campground is set up backwards so your camper is facing the wrong direction for the sun hitting the door in the evening so your awning will not provide shade, they say they want you to have your pets on a leash but there’s a cat running around with nothing and a small blue healer that was allowed to run all over following the golf cart, but we got in trouble for our dog being right beside us all the time! They have one row for monthly and one for nightly, but what they don’t tell you is if you want a concrete pad, which they say will all be getting one, you have to pay $30 extra for it! You also have to pay $50 extra per child or persons if having more than 2 people! They aren’t very friendly unless it has something to do with them, so all in all it wasn’t a great experience for us!!

West Virginia is a challenge as far as RV parks go and this was no exception. This is a small, very cramped RV Park with mostly long term. The park is sandwiched between a railroad track and the grass runway strip. Yes, you can hear the train – it is literally right in front of the park. The sites are very close together. It had been raining for days so all the sites had inches of water and were very muddy. We had asked for a pull thru so we wouldn’t have to unhook the toad. We were originally assigned site 2. There was no way we could get into it with a 45 MH and tow vehicle. We had to skirt the eaves of a building, make a quick left and then another quick left to get into site 2. We saw that site 4 was empty and called to see if we could use it. The answer was no someone else was assigned to that site. So we weaved back around the tiny, cramped park dodging (by inches at times) the multiple vehicles parked everywhere. In the pouring rain, we unhooked the car. During the process, we were approached by the owner. He sensed we were having problems, and he made a call and got us into site 4. Thank you! The WII FI did not work. They were supposed to bring us a receipt when we arrived but they never did. Other than the air park, there is no appeal to this park. It is definitely not a place suited for big rigs especially as they allow people to park their vehicles anywhere. We won’t return.

Very unique park! Skydiving, bi-plane rides and an excellent cafe with live music on the weekends through the summer. Train tracks near, but noise not bothersome. Can walk to the banks of the Ohio river from the park. Worth checking out!

Stayed 1 nite and would stay again. Very easy in and out. Near train tracks, but trains run only 2 to 3 times per nite. Also right on grass airstrip where they have regular music on stage and seafood restaurant which is supposed to be great (according to campers who were staying there). There were many campers that were there for a while - as they were working on nearby pipeline (supposed to be done by fall of 2018). Park is very clean and well kept.
