During our journey towards the west last year, we halted and returned to the same place this year. If only we had the opportunity to extend our stay beyond a single night.

We only stayed for a single evening, though we would have preferred to stay longer. The place was welcoming and spotless, even the gravel area was well-maintained without any holes or puddles. The abundant greenery was a delight! We thoroughly enjoyed walking our dog through the open fields. The camping spots are slightly inclined but mostly flat. The Wi-Fi is good enough to stream videos. The cost is very reasonable! It's conveniently located just off exit 108, making it easily accessible. We highly recommend this place. The people here couldn't be more pleasant.

This is an excellent location for a single night's stay or an extended vacation. The surroundings are picturesque and rural. All amenities are modern and recently renovated. The proprietors are extremely welcoming. The proximity to I40 is convenient, yet it's distant enough to ensure a quiet, traffic-free environment.

The campsite's prime location just off the main road was fantastic. The proprietors were amiable and made me feel appreciated during my stay in the off-peak period. A small, local grocery store was conveniently situated about five miles away, supplying all the essentials I required. The camping spots were all on an impeccably level concrete surface, with all hook-up facilities functioning properly. There was some minor traffic noise, but it was negligible. I use a Canadian provider, Rogers wireless, but it automatically switches to Verizon once I cross the border, and the service was satisfactory. I didn't make use of the campsite's wifi. The cost was reasonable for such a high-quality camping site. I highly recommend staying here; you won't be let down!

The spot was ideally situated just off the main route. The proprietors were amiable and made me feel appreciated during my brief stay in their off-peak season. A locally run grocery store was conveniently located about five miles away, providing all the essential items I required. The camping spots were impeccably level concrete slabs, and all the necessary facilities were in excellent working condition. There was some minor traffic noise, but it was hardly noticeable. I'm a user of Rogers wireless (a Canadian provider), but my service automatically switches to Verizon once I cross the border, and it was reliable. I didn't utilize the campground's wifi. The cost was reasonable for such a high-quality camping site. You won't regret choosing to stay here!

The campground is very nice and sites are spacious. It has a huge pond, and several laces to sit and watch the ducks and geese. Nice campsite hosts too. This place sure beat KOA’s for that over night stop. You do hear the road a bit but it is minor.

Where do I start. The fact that the person I scheduled with was so pleasant. The little decks!!! So perfect to just grill and sit without having to drag carpet out. PADS ARE CONCRETE!! My favorite. Add to that a pull through spot, lovely views. Could have stayed here longer

Amazing customer service, we knew we were going to arrive late, the owner met us at the front when we told them we were hear, gave us the run down, a wonderful pamphlet and everything written down that he told us in the rundown- so when we forgot! Then had us follow his golf cart- guiding us to the site and helping us park in the site! Thanked us for choosing Parker’s and said if we needed anything not to hesitate no matter what the time to give a call! We only stayed one night as we are just passing through the area but would definitely recommend and would stay again!!! They have a pool, a nice area for dogs- are animal friendly!! They also have cable and free Wi-Fi!

This is mom and pop rv park was super easy to check into. Check in was quick, you pull up a hill to access the office which made us a bit nervous about how level the spots would be. After we were taken to our site we were thrilled to find it was very level with no leveling blocks needed. Our spot included a nice wooden patio which was great to sit out at and drink coffee in the morning. My daughter and I enjoyed walking around the pond in the evenings and feeding the geese that live there. The whole park was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. This place does need a bit of updating. The laundry was very noisy and only about 1/2 the machines were out of service. We used the showers and really struggled to get the water turned off and on, and there were holes in the ceiling. Overall, I would stay here if we were in the area again.

This campground is about 30 minutes from our home. We decided to just go up there for an overnight stay for a little getaway. We were looking for something close by and with full hookups and easy to get in and out of it. This campground fulfilled all of that. The campsites are nothing special, just concrete and gravel with no trees. This is not the sort of place you settle into for a week or two to enjoy nature. But the groundskeeping is immaculate and what is lacking in actual campsite ambience is available in the community areas of the park. You can carry your cup of coffee to one of two pavillions overlooking a lovely little pond and enjoy the antics of the resident geese. You can cool off in the clean, clear swimming pool. You can walk all the way around the lake as the grass is well mowed. Throughout the park you'll find pots of flowers and other landscaping features. The proximity of the park to the I-40 makes it a great place to stop for a night or two on your travels, but call ahead for reservations because they stay pretty well booked up. You'll find most of the sites easy to pull in and out of and even keep your towed vehicle hooked up if you wish. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We were looking for a halfway point on our way to Nashville and happened upon this hidden gem! Very clean, beautiful park/pond area, great WiFi, friendly staff, clean showers and restrooms, laundry...and cement pads! They have a fishing supplies in the camp store if you want to spend some time st the pond and a pool for those traveling in the summer months. They also have an on-site repair service. We will not hesitate to return ! We camp in a 42 ft motor home with jeep tow.

We needed a place to stop for the night on our way from Amarillo to Baltimore. We reserved a spot the morning of and arrived late at night. The staff was genuinely helpful. He met us when we arrived late (10:30 pm) and let us fill out paperwork and pay the next morning. We are dual military and they gave us 20% off. It was a very quiet campground, an easy mile and a half away from I-40. Longer stays in the summer seem like they would be fun with their amenities. We travel for work and it was so pleasant to have such a nice experience on our last day of over 45 days of travel.

Great spot for an overnight stay. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. $38 with Good Sam. Was escorted to my campsite. Grounds are easy to navigate and not too tight. Had lot 33, which I think is the best in the park. Great sunset views from the deck. Very level concrete, pull through site. All hookups were clean and had excellent water pressure. Zero road noise and quiet neighbors. Definitely would stay here again when passing through and need a one night layover.

This was a great overnight stop with our dogs. Sites pretty level on gravel with small wood decks and patio furniture. Friendly, helpful staff. Our site was on a slope, with pull-throughs stacked up on different levels, but plenty of space to bump out. Only small criticism was that septic was placed uphill on our site, which was a pain when pumping out. Loved the pond and cow fields, and restrooms were nice.

The managers were extremely kind and helpful. The campground is pretty nice, the bathhouses were clean. Can’t complain. Had a beautiful pond and other amenities we didn’t take advantage of due to the freezing temps, but I would recommend to anyone passing through and needing a quiet, cozy stay.

This is an easy stop off the highway when traveling through. We were planning on staying one night but ended up staying 2 nights due to our hot water heater not working. The folks at the campground helped to repair it. They have parts on site and are knowledgeable about RV's and how to fix them. Thank you Bob! All the staff at Parkers was very friendly. We had a pull through site with full hookups. The reason I gave it 3 stars on cleanliness was because our hot water wasn't working I had to use the ladies showers. I have to say they were clean but needed updating. They have private bath areas that i understand are newer... I just picked the wrong one!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Behind the property there are steer in another property and there is a path on this property to get to an open pretty field. The pond is loaded with fish and geese. Wish we were staying longer There is a park with trails 1 mile away

We needed somewhere to stay a night off I-40 midway between Nashville and Memphis. This campground was perfect. Helpful/friendly host/owners, pull through sites, full hookups about 1 mile off highway. Bathrooms spotless and showers very hot and great pressure. We walked around the civil war battlefield site for an hour on our way out.

We had a very nice, level terraced pull thru with a wood deck. (Some of the other sites might have made unhitching tricky with our finicky shortbed slider hitch.) The owners were very nice. Our site escort warned us that water pressure is very high. Ours was a brief overnight stay, but a longer visit would have been very comfortable. And the internet was great for streaming!

They have a beautiful pond that is stocked for catch and release fishing. They sell basic fishing gear and bait if you don’t have your own. There are Civil War parks nearby. Cattle graze on adjoining property. We wished we could have stayed more than one night to explore the area. Everyone was friendly and helpful-the person on the phone when I called, the lady when we arrived to register and the camp host who escorted us to our site. They sell propane on site, and gave us an informative packet of the area. We had a pull thru site with a level cement pad. We didn’t give 5 stars because there was some small debris left behind from the previous camper. Call ahead because it is a small park. They were quite full on a December weeknight. We would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small RV park right off route 40 about an hour west of Nashville. It looks like there are a number of permanent residents there in large rigs, but must if the sites have views of a small pond on one side or a farm (former battlefield?) on the other. Very quiet and clean. Easy check-in via phone.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated us coming in one night earlier than expected. It appears there is new ownership and I hope they will fix up this campground. It needs it desperately. It has a general run down feel about it except for the nice plantings around the office and the big fishing pond.We had a pull through on a slight hill, It was awkward to get in and once in we were stacked like sardines. While we had a little deck we didn’t use it as it was only a foot from our neighbor’s slide out. A lot of traffic noise during the day but quieted down at night. We used the laundry Macines were old and one out of 4 dryers was out of order. All in all we were very disappointed with our stay there.

What a little gem in among cattle fields, a lovely city park and Civil War sites. The new owners are working hard to renovate the 1970s era campground. Excellent wifi and a great lineup of cable TV. The catch and release pond is beautiful. The campground is built on a hill and some sites look like they might be a little tricky to get into with a larger rig. We were just passing through and definitely want to come back and enjoy the extremely well kept grounds and tranquil area.

We checked into Parkers Crossroads RV Park on a Sunday and were so impressed with the owner (Bill Welling) who guided us to our site. We had a wonderful concrete pad site overlooking a beautiful pond. We had had an issue the previous day with a propane leak and we were going to Camping World in Little Rock, AR on Monday but they had indicated they would look at it but may not have time to do the repair. Bill said he would call a guy who repairs RVs and have him come to our site to see if he could help. He came promptly and was able to determine the problem which was an easy fix. He fixed it and didn’t charge us a dime! What a wonderful experience! Everyone at Parkers Crossroads RV is friendly and it is set in the midst of beautiful rolling farmland. All of Parkers Crossroads is set on the land where the Civil War Battle of Parker’s Crossroads occurred. There is a driving tour of the battlefield which is very interesting. I wish we could have stayed longer because it was so peaceful there. If you are looking for a stopover between Nashville and Memphis or if you are looking for a tranquil spot to camp, I highly recommend this park.

After a long day of driving, we picked this site for an overnight stay after reading the positive reviews. The reviews were spot on - the husband and wife owners were so friendly and helpful; they truly want to do what they can to optimize your experience. The grounds were peaceful and very well maintained. We certainly enjoyed walking the perimeter of the pond under the watchful eyes of a goose couple and their 4 goslings. Our pull-through site was gravel and level. The electrical, water and cable hookups were all in excellent shape. There is a fire pit and a wooden platform for the picnic table. The park is located close to multiple historical sites. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early, so didn’t have time to explore but are looking forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommend!

We were supposed to be here 1 night because of brake troubles and ended up staying More than a week! The owners were very accommodating, the local RV repair man Mike was so helpful and truly saved us and our issues. We fell in love with the area and the kind people. We will be back. Laundry was clean and available. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The pond is great to walk around and search for fish with the kids. Watch out for the geese! They are pretty mean, protecting the female one, they will hiss and come at you:)

We were driving through on our way to Georgia from Wisconsin. I called 5 hours before arrival and they had a space for us. GoodSam and military discounts available. Spots were very level, water was clean, large space for kids and dogs to run around, and we even saw some cows! The pool was perfect for a hot summer day. Every employee was super friendly. Definitely stay here!
