Extraordinarily friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who are quick to address any needs. Well-maintained campgrounds with many amenities including pool, multiple dog parks, clean laundry facilities and more. Large, level gravel lots with picnic tables and patios. Have stayed here before and will continue to make it an annual stop as long as we continue our full-time travels.

There is so many good things I can say about this park. As full timers we have seen many parks across the country and this park checks all the boxes for us. The park is clean, paved roads in good condition, spacious lots for nice outdoor space. The amenities are many. 2 pools (one heated with a hot tub), fitness room, clubhouse with every kind of game or area to gather with friends and family, huge play ground, 2 dog parks, 2 laundry rooms that are spacious and clean, trash pick up from your site daily including recycling ♻️. There is a good mix of full time residents and daily guests. Some parks separate the 2 types of residents but it is nicer to have a mix in our opinion. And for all this the long term rate is great and reasonable for the area. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We have found our home when in the Austin area.

We say goodbye to 2021 Delighted in this place. My family was very happy and we would like to share our experience. The attention of the staff in general are very friendly and pleasant. We recorded the place to show those who wish to come to La Hacienda Resort Austin. https://youtu.be/1i7zVo1UrgM

Very well maintained. We did not use any of the facilities and can only go by what we saw through the truck window as we were exploring the area. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Check in was swift and easy.

Nicely cared for commercial campground with great access to Lake Travis and Austin. The campground has spots for any type of rig and also has cabins/tiny houses available to rent. There are many seasonal and/or long-term renters in the campground, but it still felt like an RV resort. We had no problem maneuvering and leveling our 38-foot fifth wheel toy hauler in the campground. The sites had plenty of room to disconnect the tow vehicle, and have any “toys” available for easy access. Multiple sites had two cars, boats, and motorcycles in the sites. We would absolutely stay here again. In fact, really our only knock against the campground is its cost, but when you evaluate the amenities available, it really isn’t terrible. Pool, exercise facility, walking/running trails, cleanliness, ease of access to anything you might need, and the lake? Hard to ask for more. We had strong cell signal on both Verizon and AT&T. The park offers WiFi, but we did not connect through the public network, so cannot speak to its strength.

We were given site C24. For the money we paid, this was very disappointing. I was excited to see it was an end site, because that is extra room for kids. But not here, it is just extra dog do do space. We had dogs doing their business in our site several times a day. I don't care if you pick up after the dog, I don't want my kids playing in their poop and pee ruminants. That was the worst part, but the site itself was no good either. It looked like a permy had been there before us. The picnic table was garbage, the sewer had a block on it instead of a cap, the power post had a mud dobber nest in it and had a cover off of it. and there were pavers poorly set in the site instead of nice grass. Then, when we went to leave, we found out even though it claimed to be a pull through, you had to do a complete u turn to get out, so we had to back out any way. We have stayed at other Sun resorts, this was the worst. It made us not stay at the one in San Antonio. Very disappointed.

Registered a week prior to arrival. They said we got last site open for Thanksgiving. RV's unoccupied on either side. Quick Checkin. We had plenty of room to back into site which was level. They provided full hook up with cable, cable box and co-axe. We found plenty of local stations over the air (50+) with good reception. Clean Bathroom/Showers/Laundry close to our site. A negative for this time of year was the oak tree dropping acorns all times of day on our rig. Especially on our bedroom slide out - loud hit and then a roll :) Allowed us to stay a couple of hours past check on Sunday.

We were able to get into this RV park with only a couple hours notice. The park was probably at 80-90% capacity. Very well laid out RV park with pool, hot tub, walking trails, laundry and games. There was a mix of fulltimers and weekenders. Everyone we ran into was friendly. We had no issues hooking up our 38.5' 5th wheel in a nice pull thru site. The back-in sites looked easily maneuverable. This park is out close to Lake Travis. The turn off is a good ways down 620 from 183. Expect 15-20 minutes without traffic. 620 can be a zoo during peak traffic times. It would take you approx 45 minutes to get to downtown Austin. Plenty of local conveniences in Lakeway. It is in a higher end area, so prices are a little higher everywhere.

Although this is an Expensive campground, it checked all our boxes. Nice space although our site was not quite level. Great location, easy access to shopping. Full hookups, good water and electric. It was FREEZING while we were here so we did not get to use the pool area; fitness room and shower rooms are nice. Two dogs parks with ample trash/baggie receptacles. We would stay here again!

If you like dogs barking, this is the campground for you. We had the pleasure of enduring this for the entire month. The ones across the street bark all thru the night. The ones on premise bark at 7am and during the day. Seems like everybody has at least one dog and are deaf to the noise. It does seem like a nice campground, but the dog situation ruins it for us. We are dog lovers but the constant barking is really ridiculous. The management doesn't seem to care about the problem so we don't care to come back. LATE ADDITION> They tried to charge me OVER DOUBLE for my electric. It's important to take a picture of your electric meter with your phone when you arrive and when you depart.
