Campground and facilities were clean. The staff was friendly. The site was pull-through with 50amp, water, and sewer which was great for our 32’ travel trailer. However, when leaving we had to back out because we had insufficient space in front of us to pull through and make right turn onto gravel road. They have Wi-Fi but signal wasn’t consistent for streaming. The picnic benches were aged and in need of replacement. Conveniently located to major highways, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacy. All in all, a decent campground for a 2 night stay.

We picked this campground based on the reviews, location and the fact that it had full hookups. Not sure where the others who reviewed it stayed, but we can’t believe it was here. At least one other camper said to us that they chose this place based on reviews and also couldn’t believe it. Verizon cell service is 1-2 bars inconsistently, WiFi might as well not exist. At first we were put in section P, which is almost all long term seal coat workers. All of their trucks and equipment are parked all over this section of the park, at times you can barely get through the road. There is blacktop stuff all over the area where their trailers are parked. There is trash everywhere. Like why would anyone throw trash on the ground where they live? Burger wrappers, soda and beer cans, coke bottles, random trash. Even on and around the laundry near the office including old underwear. Our neighbors on one side sat outside having a screaming conversation on the phone right outside our window until my husband went outside and asked them to stop, they did. The older lady on the other side had a broken sewer line with sewage on the ground, smelled horrible. I let her know and she blamed the campground staff for it saying they damaged it. My husband spoke to the office and they said they told her about it a WEEK ago, a WEEK ago? Why didn’t they evict her? Or fix it? The campground did let us relocate to another spot at that time and someone replaced the sewer hose, but left the old one and the sewage on the ground. We noticed another broken sewer hose in the same section of the park. An older couple pulled in around dinner time one night, the wife walked with a cane, and after a bit someone from the office came and yelled at them excessively for about 10 minutes, before handing them a receipt. Not sure what that was about, but they left at first light. There were numerous dogs running off leash at least a few of them belong to park staff. Needless to say we wanted to leave, but we were in town to see family and had obligations. We won’t be staying here again. There were numerous trailers without license plates, and vehicles with expired tags. Oh and as we were leaving a guy from the maintenance staff was standing at the edge of the woods peeing. If you have doubts see the photos.

Do not stay here! The website is not accurate at all! Very deceptive. No pond... no pool... our neighbor had garbage strewn across their site. There was a domestic disturbance in the next site and cops were called. We felt VERY uncomfortable and would have left if it wasn’t 11pm.

We came to this area of NJ so we could visit friends. This site would not bring us back. The park is located in a nicely wooded area and the setting is kinda OK. The ponds look good but they are a bit scummy when you get closer. The roads around the park are gravel but with many potholes. The WiFi is present, but throughput is less than 100k. Just about dial-up speed IF you can get on. I was able to actually connect just once. I tried 5 or 6 times. The are only a few OTA broadcast channels available at this location [this is NOT the park's fault]. There is no cable service available for short-terms stays. The OTA channels are Oriental and Spanish spiritual stations. I think there might be a home shopping channel too. Mobile service is good on AT&T. Laundry service is outside....don't drop any clean clothes. Only one garbage location. From our spot, it is clear across the park. The rec room is also the smoking room. Registration area is also a smoking zone. We felt safe here and the managers were VERY helpful and accommodating when we needed to change dates. They were friendly and helpful with directions and locations of grocery stores, etc.

I stay for one night and saw the craziest thing. The owners were arguing with a camper. I heard him say everybody at the camp was just money to them. It made the stay very uncomfortable. Then the campgrounds became a ghost town. The park works on well water but has no filters so all the sand and grit is in your drinking and bathing water. The roads are made of sand and dirt as well and are never even. Also there are road spikes on the exit but they are bent funny and damage your tires making the exit useless. Also the pool wasn't open and it was in the 90s the day I stayed. Overall I would never stay there again.
