(September 14-18, 2022) A private caravan park is situated just over the state boundary into Georgia, conveniently located near Chattanooga, Tennessee and various other regions in both states. Its proximity to the I-75 and a racing circuit means it's not the most peaceful location, but if you're out and about all day, you'll barely notice. The campsite provides tents and a few cabins, in addition to numerous caravan spots. With residential, industrial, and urban areas nearby, there's plenty of options for supplies. It's an ideal spot for history enthusiasts, particularly those interested in the Civil War, as there's even a monument on the property's outskirts.

Our recreational vehicle's navigation system directed us to a point about a quarter-mile from the campsite. From there, we relied on the campsite's online directions and visible signs to find the entrance, which was located opposite a Dollar Store. Registering was a breeze, and we then drove to our designated spot, number 143, which was fully equipped with hook-ups. The site was easy to access, and the utility connections were conveniently located in the center of the space. The water pressure was satisfactory, and there was a decent variety of cable TV channels available. We were able to get two bars of service on our Verizon network and three bars on T-Mobile. The campsite's Wi-Fi was surprisingly functional for a place of its size. The camping spots were closely spaced and devoid of trees, making satellite usage hassle-free. A small, enclosed dog park was situated near the entrance, along with a couple of short paths for dog walking. The campsite was divided into sections for long-term and short-term visitors, which was a thoughtful touch. The long-term section was well-maintained. The campsite also had a small store and offered propane. We were there to rendezvous with other Vanleigh RV owners for a group trip to a rally, and this campsite perfectly suited our requirements. We had a pleasant stay.

Nice campground with rather short and tight pull through spaces. If possible, DO NOT stay here when the local racetrack is having races. On Friday night, we seriously thought the races were being held in the campground. The noise was so loud that holding normal conversation was impossible. If you must stay during races, bring good earplugs. We will come back, but will be sure to leave before the races are held.

We stayed here for a week. The sights are a little tight. Had to use wood blocks to level. There is a race track right by the campground… and apparently they can race till 11 pm!! Very loud. Had to cut our campfire short because we couldn’t hear each other talk. Planes take off overhead all night so sleeping was difficult. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in was easy. It is about 15 minutes to most attractions in the area. Nice dog park.

Nice campground just inside GA from TN about 1 mile off the interstate. Within 20-25 of all the major tourist areas in the Chattanooga area. Felt like a safe area and close to the city. Check in was quick and simple. Full hookups and CATV. Almost all the sites are pull through and are about 60ft long. A few have trees, but your neighbor is pretty close. Everything was clean including the pool. One half the campground are long term and very well kept. The other half were for short stays. Picnic tables on concrete and fire rings at each site. There is a race track close by but they are done before bed and not too loud. If it's really quiet (like at 3AM) you can hear traffic on the interstate and an occasionally train. But they didn't bother our sleeping at all. You could just softly hear them. Also during the day, the air port is close by so you do get an occasional fly over. WIFI was slow even when I got a good signal. AT&T was very fast.

It was a good location for passing through and stopping for the night as sites are pull through so you won't have to unhook your towed vehicle. Easy in, Easy out. They do have a shower house but we didn't use them. Also there is a nice looking pool and it was clean. We were there on a Friday night and about a mile away is a race way so you can hear the noise from the races.

The only contact I had with anyone here was over the phone when I made my reservation. The gentleman couldn’t have been nicer. Contactless check in was simple, and this was our first night camping-ever. The pull thru site was level with full hookups. The campground was clean. We did not use any of their facilities. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because we had a little trouble with the WiFi. We chose this campground because it was close to where we picked up our new camper and because of the reviews. Several sites were decorated for Christmas which was fun to see. We were there on a Tuesday night and had no noise problems whatsoever.
