This is about as close to RV Ghetto living as you can get. Stay away ... stay far away. We went to visit our daughter who recently moved to that area. I booked 2 weeks on a FHU Pull Through. Upon arrival, check in went somewhat smoothly. The office was closed and I had to walk to the owners site to announce our arrival. The office, gates and pool area were exactly as they appeared on their website. Then the nightmare began. To enter the campsite area, you have to drive into a heavily wooded area, the road narrows significantly (we are a 102" 39' 5th Wheel) there were times when i could not see daylight between my camper and the trees we were driving by. The roads are mostly dirt with the remnants of what was gravel at some point. The campsite was poorly marked, difficult to turn into (at one point the nose of my camper was inches away from a large pine tree marking the left side of the site. The site was mostly grass and dirt. Then it rained and the site turned into mud. The park is mostly seasonal with poorly maintained trailers, old school busses all with shed roofs built over and/or next to them. We stayed 2 nights of 14night reservation until we could find a better campground. Total for the reservation was $571 so we took a $400+ loss for leaving early but it was worth it to escape this dilapidated poorly maintained absolutely horrible place.
