A very clean, quiet, family oriented park centrally located to many nearby attractions such as Hershey, Gettysburg, Amish Country, Harrisburg, fishing, car shows, theaters, hiking, golf and more! Or just come and relax by the pool or at your site.
Exactly what we needed for one night. Not to close and not to far from the highway. Did not use the internet

It was a nice campground if you have children and want activities for them to do. Unfortunately we have neither and do not need the activities offered. Our biggest problem is that the wifi was horrible and there was no TV reception. Could not watch the news or weather. The location was close to our daughter, but next time we will camp elsewhere and travel to see her.

Good location off I-81. We had a pull through with an awkward entry. It rained the night before so it was a bit of a mud hole. Not a good first impression. Overall quiet for one night stay. Lots of permanent residents.

Sites not level, lots of space behind you, but close side to side. WiFi slow Lots of long term campers Fine for one night Almost NO Verizon cell signal, AT&T was ok

We arrived at about 8pm having specifically reserved a pull-through site because we knew it would be easier to manage after dark. We found someone occupying our site—and they said the managers had put them there. Office was closed, calls went to voicemail, no emergency contact for the campground. We drove around and around and finally backed into an empty spot. Fortunately nobody else came to claim it during the night. When we left at 9am there was still nobody onsite. It was otherwise a shady, quiet place with good amenities, but we wouldn’t come back.

Stayed 4 nights while in town for a wedding. The location was very convenient to the wedding venue. We were there close to Halloween. They had lots of activities over the weekend for the kids. It looked like at least half of the sites were permanent or long term sites. Between the permanent residences and Halloween decorations, there were a lot of “junky” sites. The campground was full over the weekend, and quiet hours were not really observed. We had to run the A/C all night to drown out the other campers talking outside until after midnight.

We had an overnight at this campground and rolled in late. But, on a Saturday night, the office was open until 9 pm! On this Saturday night, there was a Karaoke event going on. It sounded like a lot of fun, but we were too exhausted to attend. In the morning, the shower was gloriously hot and the bathroom was clean.

Just stayed one night while traveling. We did get a full hook up pull thru , could leave our car on dolly. No cable but WiFi OK. Overnight sites are kinda close together. We weren't here long enough to make a full assesment. This is an older campground, mostly gravel and dirt. Perhaps in need of a spring cleanup.

Stayed here 2 nights starting 6/26/2018. It's a very family friendly place including a pool and mini golf. Lots of long term campers that seemed very close together. I got a site #143 which was off by itself at the end of Earp Drive. Shower and laundry were clean and in good repair. Site had 30 Amp service. I was in town for a class at Dickinson and this place made it easy. Could get 4 - 5 TV Air channels. WiFi was unreliable. Cell service poor. This campground is hidden behind a residential housing section.

This was a good stop for us. Our pull thru site was really two smaller sites nose to tail. It worked very well: smooth and level. We saw plenty of activities for children including pool, playground, game room, mini-golf, and big jumping pillow. There is an additional fee for both the jumping pillow and day guests. Many of the sites were permanent or long term, but all was neat, well maintained and pretty much clustered away from the transient sites. The bath house was updated and very clean. We arrived right as a tornado warning was issued and before we could ask, were told where the safe place was located. Watch carefully for the turn off Walnut Bottom Rd. It's a turn onto a residential street. Cell service (Verizon) varied from minimal to just usable. Same with the wifi.
