We stayed at this park bc of location- close to my husbands class. It is near a lot of food, shopping, and beaches. With gas prices, proximity is essential. The park itself is clean. We see grounds workers daily. Sites are really close- as to be expected in Florida, so not surprised. Lots of permanent guests, and most keep their sites tidy. Laundry room/bathhouse is nice- washers and dryers are through an app which saves the need for quarters. Pool is beautiful. The rec center has pool tables, ping pong, and a kids table that is a 4 in 1 style. They also have a library with tons of books. Leslie, in the office, is Amazing! She really cares about the guests. Only con, for us, was the street/city noise. That can not be controlled by the park, and nothing that our noise makers can’t cover. All in all, would stay again. As long as we have a site to fit our rig- it was tight.

First, make sure your gps has you making a right into the park. It will be a real nightmare to make a left. It’s not a clean left and kind of a U turn. It’s a very busy road. Second, this is an extremely tight campground. One of the tightest we’ve been too during our thousand trails membership. Make sure you tell the office how big your rig is. We were put between two long term residents, one of them had a built in covered patio and across from us everyone parked their cars right on the road. It made backing into the spot really difficult. Our truck was barely able to park into the spot with our camper. We’d stay here again though. Great location and all residents were friendly.

Free price refers to Thousand Trails Membership. Great location, friendly staff clean restrooms and pool area and maintenance staff always busy keeping park clean. This parks is another older noble home park that Encore is in the process to of converting to an RV park. As such there are some older dates park modals but that has little to do with the camping area. Due to great location traffic getting into and out of park is an issue, as well as some vehicle noise. And like many Florida Paris the sites are somewhat tight but not as tight as some we have stayed in, This is the only reason for 3 stars instead of 4. Aggressive dogs belonging to full time tenants was an issue. I was attacked while walking my dog by one and another one came to our campsite during our stay.

Our cost was zero for our first two weeks under our Thousand Trails membership, and then we signed on for a full year as our travel plans had changed and we needed a place to stay. The park is on a major road so there is a lot of traffic, but it is also close to just about everything you might need. The park has a mix of residents from overnight to permanent. The manager, Leslie, does a great job of keeping things in order and being there if you need anything. The restrooms/laundry rooms were clean and well maintained. Nothing was perfect but they did a good job with what they had. There is free WiFi in the club house and options for paid Wifi at the sites. You can also get a cable hookup for Internet and TV from the local company if you are going to be there 30 days or longer. People are nice and a good community. Busy during the Winter with a lot of snow birds.

First, I won't stay here again as it is in an "urban" location, too many busy streets. We are here as we have friends who live here in a park model. We haven't stayed the full 30 days, but in the 4 that we have been here, we have encountered numerous friendly people. This is an extended stay / snowbird park. By open to all, there are no age, rig, or dog breed restrictions. There are high end class A motorhomes and 40 year old park models, yes there are a handful of "messy" sites, but the majority are neat and well kept. As in many Florida RV parks spaces are close together, our awning is about a foot from our neighbors slide-out. All sites are back-in, with full hook-ups. Electric is extra, wifi at your site is at a fee and it's not too good, for cable one must contact the local provider, there is wiring at all sites. We have been told many over air channels available. The asphalt roads are relatively wide, but with two cars allowed per site occasional encroachment. Most sites are shaded, with a small cement patio, picnic table and packed sand to put your rig on. My encounters with the staff have been pleasant. Be advised, one cannot make a left into the park, call / plan ahead.

We are Thousand Trails members and planned to stay at Vacation Village for 3 weeks. We left after 10 days. The neighbor across from us backed his van into our car early in the morning on Friday, June 30, 2017. It was during a rain storm. He did not stop and knock on our door, or leave a note. It was a hit and run. After noticing the damage, we left a note for him which he ignored. We notified the office management who told us they were not responsible for any damage to our vehicle. We did not expect the management to accept responsibility, but felt that they should contact the resident regarding the matter. They would not. It was not their problem. Since we did not receive a response from out neighbor we called the police, who said that they would contact our neighbor about the accident. After which, our neighbor wrote us a very threatening note, saying that my husband and he should have handled this like men and neighbors and not involved the police. We found the note on our RV, on Saturday evening. I was very concerned about the wording in the note and told my husband, that I did not feel comfortable about staying at the park. The policeman called my husband after meeting with the neighbor. He told us that the neighbor would call us to make arrangements to pay for damages and that he was a full time resident of the park, that the van was not insured. The man lived in a trailer alone and his site was cluttered with junk. My husband left multiple messages for the man, but we never did hear from him. We were left to pay for the damages to our car. This park is "Vacation Village" with trashy residents. If you stay there BEWARE!
