Although camping was peaceful under the stars and fun with friends that joined us, there were some major pitfalls. There is zero cell reception for any service. We have to work while we travel so we had to leave each day to get cell service. The pool was cool and refreshing on the hot summer days. We selected this campground because it offered tent, pop up and rv camping together however the rv site was NOT really rv- friendly. Impossible to get level. The tent sites were rocky and not level. One water line ran for several sites so it had to shared. The bathhouse was close but 2 of 6 showers had lights and no hot water on our last day. Many times bathrooms were in Need of paper or soap.

Again too early for pool access as everyone is filling them for Memorial weekend. Our spots need a bit of weeding and care but most of grounds are well mown. Lots of grass for kids to run around. Laundry and game room are a bit old but clean and basement level with musty smell in surrounding rock walls. Laundry was $3.25 to wash and $2 to dry. About 30 minutes to Lancaster. Not much else locally to see. Hotel/restaurant in town had good food. Grocery store 20 minutes away.

Overall, we love this place and each time we go, we love it more. The only bad thing is the exit of the campground will generally cause your camper to drag.

Management fixed any problems soon as notified. A family oriented campground. 1/2 mile drive on a dirt road. Mail was collected in a large tub so it was difficult finding your mail. High winds there, tore everyone’s awnings off! Buck was 7 miles away, Delta was 12 miles away. Holtwood Hardware had any supplies you needed to make repairs. Propane was sold by the tank. $20 for 40 lbs.
