Town & Country RV Resort is a seasonal 55+ community located 4 miles north of downtown Dade City amidst the rolling hills and Spanish moss covered oaks of Western Central Florida. Bring an RV for the season or choose from the available RVs and park models nestled between palm trees and luscious flowering plants. Enjoy your days relaxing on your porch, having coffee with friends at the recreation hall, golfing at the adjacent course, walking the park grounds or shopping in downtown Dade City. We also welcome vacationing families and overnight guests on their way in and out of town. Located only 5 miles from the nearest grocery stores, antiques shops, pharmacies, shopping centers and hospitals, the Town and Country RV Resort in Dade City offers a country, slow-paced feel but provides residents the necessary amenities close to home. Tampa is less than an hour drive and Orlando is just over an hour away. The Town and Country RV Resort is a bird-watchers paradise. Some refer to our park as a tropical oasis. We also have 13 open space acres in the rear of the park for dog-walking or exercising. We offer an on-site driving range and are located next to an 18-hole golf course. The Park Association puts on many activities during the year, including weekly social golf tournaments, weekly bingo and poker and monthly dances. There are also shuffleboard courts, horseshoe rings, corn hole sets, a bocce ball court, a pool table and a swimming pool. All Town & Country RV sites are full hook-up and have either 30 or 50 amp service (50 amp available on all sites). All of our sites are very spacious at 75 feet long and we have no limitations on RV length. Pull through lots in the back can house RVs pulling trailers. We have a free wifi hotspot in the Recreation hall and wifi is available at a cost (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, etc) throughout the park.
