The woman at the front desk struggled to locate a 50amp space for us. We paid the weekly fee of 381 and specified a 35ft RV with 50amp on the form. The area provided was tight, requiring me to request our neighbors to move their vehicles to barely fit our RV. The road was too narrow for easy maneuvering, taking over half an hour to position our vehicle. Our RV was uncomfortably close to the mobile home at the back, roughly five feet away. The site was situated on a slope, so uneven that it was laughable. The occupants next to us had to use blocks to level their rig due to the incline. The park is primarily occupied by mobile homes, making up 80% of the residents. I questioned the name 'RV RESORT' when lodging my complaint about the difficult parking and sloping site. The front desk lady's response was that they weren't equipped for RVs. She had no reply when I pointed out the park's name.On exploring the park, we noticed several homes up for sale, with the majority being mobile homes. One resident informed us of the constant rent hikes, from 450 to 750, and his plans to not return after leaving in the spring. We won't be returning either. The park's Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, leading us to rely on my phone's hotspot, which was significantly faster. They do have a decent pool, but the new owners have done nothing to improve the park. As we were preparing to depart, a staff member came to check our electric meter. When I questioned this, she informed me that they charge for electricity, despite no prior mention of this. I declared my intentions of not returning, to which she agreed, citing the new owners' indifference. Apart from the pool, this is the worst park I've stayed in during my eight years of RVing.
