The recreational vehicle campground was crammed with motorhomes and prefab houses. If you own a large vehicle, you might need to find another place. The area is filled with sounds from the traffic and the railways.

We were headed home and needed a rest stop. We arrived at 10:30, it was very hot and we basically needed electricity to run our AC and get a good sleep. It was far enough from the 99 so there was no loud highway noise. We used our Good Sam discount so we paid a little less than 60 dollars. Basically I wanted to write this to inform persons of the price as on line in 2018 it was $25. If we had known this from our Campendium ap , we would not have stayed here because 55 dollars just for electricity was too much.

Stayed here 3 nights with PA half price discount for $25/night while visiting family in the area. Will probably stay again. Yes it is cramped and an older park on the very outskirts of town beside 99 and RR tracks but the hookups worked, site was paved level pull through (beware with opposing slide outs. Possible but tricky). Restrooms, showers and laundry room were all clean and functional. Pool and spa also just fine. For an older park with long term residents it was clean and well kept. Long term residents were friendly and kept their belongings neat. We travel with Max our GSD and Lola our Shiht-Poo. They were fine but little room within park for potty walks. Used grass area beside trailer and walked across the street from park to a large weedy field. WIFI worked fine after setting up an account. Cable tv available as well. Gas station and authentic Mexican restaurant right across the street at highway exit.

Ive stayed here a couple of times with passport america. It was ok as a stop over but would not stay here otherwise. It does have a small pool and a little hot tub.

This is a dumpy, cramped park in the middle of nowhere. The only reason to stay here is to break up the drive on the way from point A to point B. There are worse parks, but this one just isn't up to par.

Wish I would of read reviews b4 staying at fun & sun. Older park that isn't made for today's rigs. Road & sites are narrow & small. Semi trucks parked across road making noise at all hours. Train goes through in middle of night blowing horn. Make sure you run a fan inside your rig. Went to try the hot tub. A lot of floating bugs & dirt & jets wouldn't turn on to attempt to filter them. Nasty So didn't use. Went to use the washer & dryers. They smell & have layers of dirt on agitator & around lid. Walked away. Sign says no refund - already paid for three nights - so we're out the $$$$.

We called ahead to reserve one of the very few pull-thru's so we could leave the toad attached for a quick morning getaway. Upon seeing the site, I realized that the layout of the park would prohibit me from getting into the site with the car attached. Additionally, the space turned out to be too short to reattach the car to our 37' coach once in the site. This is not an acceptable overnight stop for us. It would be ok for a multi-day stop. The largest back-ins have 38' pads, with room at most to have the back of the rig over the grass median, if that's permitted. Train & 18 wheeler noise were quite pronounced during the late afternoon, but subsided at night. We overlooked that the park participates in Passport America.
