If you're not after a luxury stay and your visit is short, this location is ideal. Hygiene standards are high, especially in the restrooms. The laundry facilities operate with coins, not a digital app. Don't expect amenities like a swimming pool, hot tub, or golf course. The RV park is neat, small, and conveniently located. The traffic noise from the nearby 101 highway is constant, but you'll get used to it and it becomes background noise. If you prefer a quiet environment, this might not be the best choice for you.

If you're someone who doesn't require all the extravagant amenities, this location is excellent for you. The washrooms are maintained well. The laundry facility operates on quarters, not an application. There's no swimming pool, jacuzzi, or mini-golf course. It's simply a well-managed, small RV park conveniently located near everything. The traffic noise can be high, but it's steady. The park is situated directly on highway 101, so if you're a fan of quiet, this might not be your ideal place. Otherwise, the noise just becomes background sound.

This small campground is 1.5 miles from the tourist area of downtown Santa Barbara. That includes State Street and the Pier. The sites are gravel and some have generous room, site #2 did. Though #2 faces the 101 freeway I found that earplugs allowed me to sleep well. The sound wall helps some, but it's still loud of you spend time outside. The grounds are well kept and clean, the neighborhood acceptable, the staff helpful. The restrooms are small and clean. ATT 5G signal is 5 bars. I will stay her again.

Been a regular here for years… okay for a night passing through but do not unload/unlock anything! Also buddy up! This longer stay, we witnessed a # of thefts- including our MTN bikes this time. After ongoing conversations with the Police, there are over a handful of thefts weekly, shootings, & other issues. Very sad. During our stay a lady & daughter were followed by a car while walking. Neighbors had someone pulling on their camper doors to get in during the middle of the night. Woke up to homeless daily, which they didn’t seem harmful. All on top of the loudness of the traffic. I’ve stayed in almost every spot & some are not as loud as 1-9. Park not doing anything to help my theft issue or the others. The park still refusing to share the video footage of the thefts but slipped up by saying he saw when we were around the Camper & that there were 3 individuals that did the job. Also about seeing the ‘regular’ - ‘shirtless guy’ who uses the showers. Our neighbors were convinced it was an inside job, and tips get sent out to do the job the night before you check out. Then they use your window tag to know when you are leaving. Mostly been ebike/scooter thefts the cops said. But as much as using blow torches on chains. The highway noise drowns out more sound than you realize & they leave a truck on the highway entrance to run too & bolt off. Stay safe & protect your family & gear!!

This little RV park in the middle of Santa Barbara tries really hard but is not comfortable to hang around for long. Staff show you how to situate yourself within your allotted area on the gravel, which is extremely narrow. A long trailer in the next site was so close we could not open our outdoor kitchen door without hitting their slide. And yes the hwy noise is non-stop. The beachfront is a mile or so away and other attractions and grocery can be reached in minutes. On-site laundry is handy. WiFi is excellent and we could stream.

if you want to explore SB central this location can’t be beat - friendly helpful owners, clean and well run. we kept our noise machine running during the day due to the 101.

If you're a beachgoer, this spot gives you close access. Even though it's an older park, they keep it clean and the management is friendly. It's a small park and not all sites are suitable for trailers. The negative could be that it's freeway-close. I mean close. 101 is just beyond the wall. The sound didn't really bother us, but it may for anyone who places 'quiet' high on their list.

We were hesitant at first from working remote by being so close to the highway, but the tall wall that separates the highway and the park works very well. We ended up extending our stay because it worked out so well. Wifi and AT&T cell service worked great overall. Video calls were inconsistent so hotspotted those calls, but streaming and email and search worked just fine. Very close to neighbors and a tight fit, but the city has so much to offer, we didn't need to spend much time at the RV park so were fine with cramped space. Great owners and really nice and accommodating staff. Management helped us park. Laundry conveniently on site and worked really well. $1.50 wash and $1.00 dry. Trader Joes .7 mi away; walkable to the waterfront and biking lanes and trails all around.

Contactless check in due to covid which we very much appreciated. Picked up our packet and space assignment paperwork outside of office and was greeted with a warm welcome. Manager backed us in and told us about the area and how to walk to the beach. Full service hook up. Easy on and off the freeway. Highway noise during the day but quiet overnight. Very pleasant stop would return if ever in the area.
