Ok campground out of the way. Quiet once the locals settle down for the evening. AT&T and Verizon signals lacking. Frequent drop outs. Big rig friendly (barely) as getting to the campground can be a bit harrowing.

Nice camp. Tight sites. Large trees overhang sites can be problem in high winds. Site 245 had back up when draining tanks. Site 143 drained quickly. 142 had easy back in where 145 was right with trees in front and back. Free WiFi is 2mds paid is $5 per day. Attractive area. Swim in pond, no pool. Coffee bar and store in premises. River Road is very narrow use caution and watch for bikes and walkers. .

We loved our time here. The staff cares for the property and takes great care of the grounds. Our site was up front near the basketball court. East in and out. We felt safe and the place was quiet. Kids and adults swam in the beach/pond. We toured the new haven area while we were there. Eat at the lobster pot for a hot lobsta roll, tasty!

This was supposed to be full hookup site, but was grey water only. As we have been out on the road for 10 days, we decided to do laundry when we arrived. You have to book that in advance and they were booked 2 days out. Plus, this has way too many full time residents for my liking. The site is nice and big on the river, but people come fish right next us in our site.
