We liked Pine Tree RV - very good WIFI, a paved spot that was level, and a great location. The manager is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We expected a light snow in November 2020. Instead it snowed 18 inches over the weekend. Driving was so bad that the campground host offered us an extra night at no charge. We stayed the extra night.

Great location. Easy setup with full hookups. Perfect space to call home for a weekend in big bear that gets you out of the heat. The on-site manager is very friendly and the restrooms are immaculate for a campground restroom. The shower area was incredibly clean even several hours after we’d seen them cleaning the restrooms. The park is quiet yet friendly and welcoming of kids and pet friendly. Small area so not much space for kids to run around but a great home base to go out and explore Big Bear and the lake.
