The sites are long and a decent width.T here is little shade and the grass is dry. The campground is 100 yards from very busy I-90 interstate Hwy and is extremely noisy day and night.

We stayed here for an overnight on our way to the Black Hills. Very nice park, seems well-maintained. It’s right off the interstate, and I see some here have complained about the road noise. We are far enough away that it didn’t bother us, though. The pool was nice, but a little buggy. Our site was quite level. Al’s Oasis restaurant was right across the way, and was pretty good. (The pie was great!). We would definitely stay again.

Great campground and ammenities! Poor, very clean restrooms/showers and a lot of stalls! Laundry room, playground, basketball court, pet friendly. Only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were in a class A motorhome and they put us on site #73 which was not level, cable didn’t work and was very close to the cabin on one side and the camper on the other side. It was a back in spot. We would stay there again, just not in spots 73-75 with a big motorhome. Their WiFi did not work at all for us and we had 3 bars with T-mobile, thankfully.

Full hookup site was more than adequate for overnight. The host was kind. This campground is great for overnight. We got a discount at the Sinclair gas station across the street and filled up before leaving.

We broke down and they were able to fit us in. We ended up with a site facing Rt 90 and the sounds from the cars and trucks didn’t bother us at all. Staff was friendly and the place was clean

Half-way between Rapid City & Sioux Falls, a perfect stop for overnight or longer. Not too much to do if staying a long time, you'd have to drive a bit to see more than what Chamberlain has to offer. Three nights would be the best. Laundry & restroom/showers are in great condition and always clean. Pool is ok. Playground & basketball court, small cabins available and tent camping sites too. Pull-through and back-in sites and large enough for Class A's & 5th wheelers. The site grass areas are not the best shape; a lot of thatch & leaves. Some sites have raised BBQ grills in addition to fire pits, others are fire pits with half-grill tops. You're right near the Missouri River so boating & fishing makes this campground an ideal location. The only draw-back would be I-90 is right next to the perimeter so road noise exists. And Al's OASIS grocery store, fuel station, restaurant is right across the street.

We had a grass site on the side by the bathrooms. Unlevel and unable to get level while we were there. Definitely needs gravel and grading. Some other pull thru sites looked better. Bathrooms were ok. Needed new shower curtains (moldy on back sides and pulled off a few hooks). Water holds on floors pretty bad. Couldn’t get dressed without dragging pants through water on floor. We did see people running around on carts all day. Not exactly sure what they were doing. Office staff was friendly. They mentioned they were going to doing some upgrades to sites. It’s needed. Close to grocery and restaurant which was nice.

This campground is first class all the way. The grounds are immaculate, the pool, bathrooms, showers, laundry room are clean and new. Cable with No commercial movie channels and strong WiFi. It’s safe and attendants are on site or available by phone 24/7. Grocery store, restaurant is just a 10 minute walk away. Check in was efficient. Pull throughs are abundant. It’s not cheap but worth every penny. Yes, it’s crowded and sites are close together.

It was just an overnighter, so tolerable. The good? Full hook-ups and off the interstate. Didn’t use the bathhouse or laundry or pool, so can’t comment. The bad? Far from an Oasis, we could almost throw a stone and hit the hundreds (thousands?) of trucks streaming by. Road noise definitely a problem, and I’m hard of hearing! Grass/mud sites (and yes it was raining) that were far from level. Everyone close together. A picnic table or two strewn about to give the illusion of a campsite. Not for me. Won’t be back.

Nicely run, neat and clean. Pool, game room and laundry. The sites are very close together and the campground borders on I -90. For us it was OK, as we were looking for a full hook up w cable, and a pull thru site. If you're looking to be outside it will be noisy, it was hot so we were inside w A.C. on. Note, the campground is separate from the rest of Al's Oasis. It's across the road, but I would go by car for safety. Not on the river, some pics on the web appear to be from the area.
