Little Wing Teepee Camp offers a unique holiday experience where you get the opportunity to sleep in a teepee for the night. The accommodation is comfortable and is ideal for families and friends who enjoy the outdoors. Choose from one of the four Indian Teepee’s or book the entire camp for a large group. The teepee’s each sleep four people and contain beds, mattress, pillows, blankets, a small table and a lantern, gas heaters and some reading material. The bathrooms are close by and have flushing toilets, hot showers and basins. All you need to bring are toiletries and towels. There is a communal kitchen, which is fully equipped with two fridges, a gas stove, microwave, kettle and a toaster. All cutlery and crockery is provided and there is a maid daily. Please see the individual room descriptions with photographs below, to assist you with your choice. There is so much to do while here, from pony rides for the kids, cycling and spending time at the dam, where you can bird watch and explore. We are situated near Sani Pass and there are a number of tours in the immediate area, including one that takes you to see the highest pub in the Southern Drakensberg situated at the top of the Pass. While here, visit the Cobham Nature Reserve and enjoy stunning walks, bird watching and swimming in the mountain streams. I stayed at the Nguni Moon Teepee Camp for the past three nights and had a fantastic few days. The camp is very well equipped and the Owners are great hosts. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for something a little different. "Hope you enjoyed your 40th Alex".
