Arrived Sunday afternoon at about 5 pm. Just with tow vehicle, no camper, inquiring about rates for the night. Was told $165 per night for an “Executive” site. My toy hauler is 41’ long, plus long bed duality tow vehicle, so needed a long site. Was shocked at the daily rate, especially after seeing the narrow entrance, narrow access “roads” in the park, the many, many rental cabin sites, and the very ordinary amenities. NOT a $165/day (+12% tax) park. There were 4 EX sites, none occupied, and many other vacant RV sites. After paying, returned at 6 pm with entire rig and set up in site EX3. Not enough length for truck and 41’ 5th wheel, but could park tow vehicle sideways behind the camper barely clear the access road for other traffic. Next day was working on setting up new rig, saw I wouldn’t be able to finish by 11 am check out time. Went to manager to offer to pay an extra fee to stay until 6 pm, giving me time to finish sorting out the new rig, She gave me the OK to stay until 6 pm for another $20, but any longer would entail another full days payment. I agreed. But at 4 pm, after a few drive-by visits from the golf cart enforcement guy, the office called and wanted full payment for another $165 + 12% right then. I was nearly finished rigging the camper, but was tired and decided to stay until next morning anyway. Before 11 am next morning went to office to report I would be leaving within 1/2 hour. All seemed OK. But while in the office I picked up the printed price sheet to get rates on their cabins in case my daughters family might have an interest. Got hooked up, departed, but at a lunch stop read over the printed rate sheet. Discover the actual rate for any of the EX sites, effective January 2021, was “only” $90 per night!! Extra charges for more than 1 vehicle and other restrictions, but I had 1, vehicle, one dog, and 1 person, so no extra charges were applicable. Called to ask why they charged me $165 Vs the printed rate of $90. Answer: “supply and demand“ and “ You looked like you could afford it!””. I mentioned all the vacant sites, and asked for the $84 per night overcharge (including the 12% sales tax) to be refunded to the credit card used for the original charge. She said she could not do that, but would have Assistant Manager “Dee Dee” call me the next day. Received no call, and no refund reflected on credit card, even after 5 days since request. So filed a dispute with the CC and will see how it works out. Would not recommend this park unless you are in a pinch for an RV site and get a copy of the printed price sheet and do not rely on anything the staff tells you. I did not use the website but have looked at it since leaving. It shows same rates as printed rate sheet, but caveat that rates.

Clean park, friendly staff. Trailer park feel but in a fun way. Nice pier access which we appreciated. We had a nice pad with tree coverage and a cool table that surround the tree. Overall it was a decent experience. Nice little beach at the end of the park. Price was too high, do your research.

Once upon a time this was my Happy Place, however due to changes recently made that's no longer the case. We have been coming here for 5 years, we will not return! The park appears to be understaffed, the friendly staffers that drew many to Navarre Beach RV Park are a thing of the past. Prices have risen substantially, with no obvious benefit to the campers. Rates monthly Oct-Dec 2019 $705.60 including taxes, if we returned Oct 2020 the rate would be $1006.88 per month. During storms the flooding of campsites is a major problem, Water pressure is regularly poor or even nonexistent mornings. Rules are not enforced, it became a playground for unruly children and barking dogs. When numerous children are using the pool daily cloudy conditions arise, the reasons should be obvious. Motorcycles and loud trucks destroy the peace and quiet we once enjoyed. Mixing construction workers in with retirees and vacationers is a major contributor. My husband would like to kayak from the park, however the is no way to get his kayak to the water. Maneuvering steps to get down and back up are not possible for him or many others. Problems or concerns are brushed off. Rather than looking for a solution to a problem the answer might be eviction, imagine having that to worry about. When I voiced a concern, I was told flat out, “it's not going to be like it use to be.” Obviously the snowbirds are less than welcome and it appears they might be intentionally driven out.

We love staying at this campsite! This was our second trip and love every minute. Local seafood market about a mile away with the freshest shrimp and crayfish you will find in the Gulf. Navarre Turtle Conservation Center was hit with the family. And you just can’t get a better lifeguard crew at the beach to keep everyone safe at the beach. We highly recommend this campground!

We stayed here Feb 16 - 25. Nice pull through site within steps of a small beach and long pier The bathrooms were clean and uncrowned. They have a heated pool and hot tub didn’t use either. Forget the fitness center. The campground is long and narrow . Our site was gravel and sand with a concrete patio. Full hook ups. The campground also has small cabins. Dogs are allowed, but only on a leash and not on the beach. No fenced area for a dog to run. Nowhere to really walk or bike to. Busy roads, no sidewalks.the staff was friendly and helpful. One community fire pit, wood provided. Saw one fire in 10 days. Just not enough to do for me .

Very clean and friendly campground right on the beach. Newer pier, 24hr laundry, rec room, workout room, planned activities daily, dumpsters nearby, dog walk, propane refill station on site. Cabin and tent sites available, mixed parking pads, some concrete, gravel or sand. Walmart is conveniently located right across the street, great food nearby (our favorite- Slippery Mermaid Sushi Bar) Although we loved our stay, it is extremely tight and cramped, somewhat loud at times with people coming and going, plus being so close to one another.

5-10 minutes to Gulf beaches. Older style park but had room for 28’ tt. Kind of tight in park but easy access in and out. Good staff and maintained well.
