Upon our arrival, the friendly staff swiftly checked us in. I was aware that the location was described as snug when I made the reservation, and it certainly lived up to that description. The space was just enough to accommodate our 20-foot trailer and Toyota Tacoma truck. A kind woman living opposite us moved her vehicle to allow us a better angle to reverse into our spot. The roads are quite narrow, fitting just one vehicle at a time, which could pose a difficulty for larger vehicles without considerate neighbours. Despite the park being densely populated and situated near a busy road, it was surprisingly peaceful. We spent our three-night stay exploring the local area and didn't make use of any of the park's facilities. Although there were numerous activities available, we chose not to partake in any. The park had a pleasant community vibe. As we prepared to depart, we were initially worried about a small utility trailer that had been parked nearby on the opposite side of the road. Thankfully, both the trailer and the helpful woman's vehicle were absent on the morning of our departure, making our exit smooth. Overall, the place served as a satisfactory temporary residence, and I would contemplate returning, albeit to a slightly larger spot. It's worth noting that the park is a blend of mobile homes and RVs, with many permanent residents.

This isn't a recreational vehicle (RV) vacation spot, it's a trailer park that permits RVs. Shared facilities like the swimming pool are also used by the trailer park opposite (Hitching Post). The spaces and streets within the park are extremely cramped. Our spot was in a terrible state, with dirt all over and areas that were damp and low-lying (not because of rainfall), causing us to get stuck. The journey was chaotic. While the place was conveniently located, everything else was disappointing.

This isn't exactly an RV park, but rather an aged mobile home community that also accommodates RVs. The entrance section, where the swimming pool and other activities are located, is quite pleasant (these facilities are also available to the mobile home community on the opposite side of the street). However, the roads are extremely cramped and in a state of disrepair. The place is conveniently located though.

We were in need of a workspace for a week's time. Many of the locations seemed to cater to seasonal or yearly visitors and were rather closely spaced. However, we managed to reserve one of the nine drive-through spots situated at the rear of the area. The pathways were somewhat tight, but our 33-foot Airstream managed to fit in without any issues. The spot was simple to access, equipped with a neat concrete base, a picnic table, and a full 50 amp hookup. We didn't make use of any amenities. The individual at the reception desk who assisted us with our late arrival was exceptionally kind. A few activities like film screenings and an ice cream gathering were organized during our stay, but for the most part, the atmosphere was calm. I uploaded pictures of our Verizon and Starlink internet connections, both of which provided excellent speed.

Ugh, where to begin. The “resort” has a tiny pool and even smaller spots. Usually filled with screaming grandkids. The woman that stands outside in the middle of the resort and screams HELLO at all hours is annoying. The dogs barking all night. The dog poop everywhere. The ROACHES!! Everywhere because of the fallen leaves they do not clean up. They just sit and rot. They have 1 guy on maintenance and they do nothing to maintain the place. This is a trailer park, not a resort by any means. They allow full time living here in horrible trailers. It’s like staying in a refugee encampment. The manager Hank just looks at you and says, “hey it’s an trailer park” if you complain about anything. Old cars parked half out in the street. This is low rent!! There are far nicer places to stay.

You are right on top of your neighbor. They allow permanent RVs here, some are in poor condition. There are mobile homes as “cabins”. Some of the sites are full of junk and not well maintained. There is not enough room to park vehicles so it looks like a used car lot. Behind the fence on the pool side is a construction site and trashy homes with dogs barking all night. They also allow washing your RV so you hear power washers all the time. The pool had occasional grand kids screaming and jumping in it. The staff here is friendly with the exception of the front desk clerk who is just a miserable woman. The location is good but getting in and out of here on a busy one way road can be harrowing.

We were 'stuck' in Naples when a snow storm hit the SE and we couldn't safely get our rig home. The staff here are so accommodating and friendly! They let us extend our stay...twice! Without moving sites.

We were 'stuck' in Naples when a snow storm hit the SE and we couldn't safely get our rig home. The staff here are so accommodating and friendly! They let us extend our stay...twice! Without moving sites. The sites have wonderful pavers which made for a clean comfortable site. I would have loved a pic nic table, but we managed. The campground is a mix of long term/mobile homes and rv slots. Very clean and very conveninent to stores, beaches, and wildlife preserves.

So, evidently, I booked at the wrong park. This one had a few hundred pads, and probably 2/3 were permanent structures. RV Pads were scattered around. We didn't talk to another soul the entire time we were there. It may be good for the 55+ crowd, but it really didn't seem like an RV park at all. It was much more like a nice mobile home park. The front desk messed up our reservation twice, but after the second time, we just paid the night and called it a day.
