The price was previously set at $40. However, in Autumn 2022, it will increase to $45 and by April 2023, it will be $50. This camping site is suitable for a single night stay. It accommodates numerous yearly visitors. The restroom facilities are average at best. The personnel is quite amicable and it's simple to reserve a spot for the night. Unfortunately, we faced difficulties in connecting the cable with our latest television model. However, the cable connection functioned well with our older television set.

Nice little park right off of Hwy 231. I was in town visiting family so this location was perfect for me. The owner came out and greeted me when I got there, walked me to my site, and helped me park. The sites are all pull thru, they are a little close together, but there was room for everyone's slides to be out. The spot for the trailer was concrete with small patches of grass between sites. There are a few people who live here permanently but they kept quiet and to themselves. There is a laundry but I didn't look at the price. The bathrooms were not awful. The interior walls were all wood paneling and seemed to collect spider webs. The showers looked on the newer side and were clean, although I know that they were not cleaned the 6 days I was there. The first day I took a shower, I had grass clippings on my shoes and tracked it in. That grass stayed there for my entire visit. They have separate stalls for each shower that were large and quite nice. If you stay 6 nights you get the 7th night free. Even though it is close to Hwy 231 I didn't really hear traffic noise, it was pretty quiet. I could not find a dumpster. I asked and the owner said to leave it in a bag at the back of my parking area and her grandson would pick it up. The wifi worked well.

We stopped on way down to Panama beaches, drove through tornadoes in Birmingham so were glad to find a spot as we had no reservations. Even tho it rained ALOT the parking was good, grass between the pads was wet but we were prepared. The owner was nice but only took cash, which was fine. We needed a converter and one of the full timers borrowed us one, (how nice). We ended up not using it but I thought was pretty darn nice of him. The bathrooms and showers were quite adequate, the outside could use a face lift but inside was clean and showers were nice to have, The RV park is next to a antique store which has a huge blacktopped parking lot, which worked well to walk our little dog as it was so wet. The town just down the road has a few eating places as well as fast food. Also a walmart and several gas stations to fill up. We plan on staying here in the future on our way down.
