We are travelling across I 80 and there are not many places to stop. This was very convenient and the host was very nice. It is the middle of August so everything is brown. There are no trees or green grass nearby. Our site was very level and we did not even have to unhook the truck. Very basic showers but it got the job done. The noise from I 80 was not bad at all.

Just 1 night here but it was super convenient, right off the highway next to a farm. All pull-thru, FHU sites. Hosts were great. Took advantage of a nice laundry - they even provided detergent & bleach, etc. Plus had an iron/ironing board! Also enjoyed a nice hangout area with couch, table/chairs, kitchenette, book drop, 50 Cent soda, etc. if you wanted to hang around while doing laundry. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. We camped at McGreer Camper Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Just off of I-80 but not very noisy. Open when other RV parks have closed for the winter. Registration staff were accommodating and friendly. Even picked up some wireless internet service.

Granted when we arrived, the skies had just opened up. Stepped out of our vehicle into ankle deep water. Camp sites pretty close together, and it seemed that the sewer hookup was located in an awkward inconvenient place. This is not a 'park-like' setting by any stretch. It was convenient to get to and noise from the interstate was not bothersome. Can't believe we paid $40 to stay here!! Very disappointed!!

A nice quiet overnight stay off I-80. The hospitality was phenomenal and Nita is amazing! She even called me when we were on our way to let us know she was stepping out! A genuine and kind owner who was very accommodating with our stay! We walked the farm and a friendly cat named Bob followed us around! It was a lovely stay!

We picked up our first camper in Omaha and on the way back west to California needed a place to stay after realizing the park we were going to was too far. Called Ms. Mcgreer and she stayed late to make sure we got settled. The place is great if you just need a stop for the night.

We were road weary and in need of an easy stop for the night off of 80. Owners were very nice and walked us to our site. All sites have picnic tables as well as full hook-ups. There is also a clean bathroom and shower facility. Quick hook-up and we had dinner on the table in no time! The kids were able to stretch their legs by walking around and seeing the cows and petting the farm cat Bob. Highway noise was minimal.

The hosts are wonderful, the spaces are pull through. Close to the freeway but not noise. I would come back here.

Great owners who farm full time and operate this RV park on their family farm. The park is right on the freeway, which was a bonus for us, but a bit of road noise comes with the great access. Our lawn & gravel driveway was level and has the vibe of staying with awesome relatives who have full hookups at their place. The WiFi is a bit spotty, but when is ever awesome? The 4G signal is strong. It’s a working farm, and there are chickens in a coop and a cat who likes to visit. Support family farming in a whole new way by staying with these fine folks if you’re passing their way!

Tim was very funny and friendly on the phone when I made a reservation for the 2017 solar eclipse (Lake McConaughy, Ogalalla, and North Platte were all completely booked). His mother, Neeta was very helpful and welcoming when I checked in. The two spots with dedicated fire pits were taken, but because I requested one on the phone, The family patriarch, Mark, brought us a new portable fire pit to our site, where they had set up a picnic table and chairs. We left for North Platte for the day and when we got back they had brought us a huge pile of wood to burn!!! They all called us by our names while we were there. Tim brought out freshly baked cookies for us that night. Then, later, he came back with some frozen elk meat to send us home with!!! In the morning they brought out freshly baked cinnamon rolls for the entire camp!! I normally hate camping so close the interstate, and honestly I'll never really have a reason to ever stay in Big Springs again... But the McGreer Family is amazing!!!!!! Extremely friendly! Incredible service! Their hospitality and graciousness toward my family has ensured that we will DEFINITELY be going out of our way to stay here again!!

We arrived and no one was at the office. We parked and set up our trailer. The owner's wife came and greeted us a few hours later. The campground main water has been shut off for the winter season but they offered to turn it on for us since the weather has been cooperating. They have a full bath house to use with hot showers. They are not metered so taking a long hot shower is possible! Sewer hookups also available. We have full Verizon 4G. The owners were friendly. Their very large sites were pull-throughs and had picnic tables. I am giving it a 5 stars because it isn't a lush site but it meets all of our expectation and the price is right. They accept Passport America discount. This is a working farm so you will hear cows and tractors roaming around but we knew that and expected it. Pretty quiet considering that I-80 is next to it. It is easy to access. There is a resident farm cat that is super friendly and may join you for supper if you let him. Great, quiet place. We camped here with a 19ft travel trailer.
