An excellent camping location with wonderful personnel, this site is one of the limited options available close to Boulder and Denver. The region could certainly use more camping facilities. We were situated towards the rear, which tends to be a bit congested. During our previous visit, we occupied site 114 which offered more room. It's worth noting that the majority of their sites are buddy sites, meaning you and your neighbouring camper's living spaces face each other. It's not a negative aspect, just something to be aware of. There's a lovely swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a mini golf area that's perfect for children. The campsite is located off a bustling thoroughfare, Eisenhower Boulevard, which is undergoing construction, so keep an eye out when searching for it. They're situated right behind the Mattress Firm outlet, so look out for that. It's ideally located near shops that are within walking distance and a fantastic trail network that links to a bicycle path leading to downtown Loveland.

Our 38-foot RV, complete with towing vehicle, found ample space at this location. Conveniently close to a supermarket and an ideal starting point for a day excursion to Rocky Mountain National Park. The area provided for us was flat and covered in gravel!

Stayed One Night; Was What We Were Looking For a place to dump flush all out fill back up and get laundry done! Was all really nice and friendly and the place was clean and showers also ONLY complaint as the rest on here is the fact it’s extremely extremely tight parking. Just a bit overboard on trying to make profits by fit as many as you possible could… I won’t stay any longer probably than one day to get things done and go because of the overcrowding.

We used this for a stop to visit Estes park. The site is gravel and very small. People at the front desk are really nice. Its very clean and well organized.

This park is exceptionally clean and shows pride of ownership. Nice bath houses, laundry, and even a clubhouse for relaxing. It’s a good spot for children, with a large playground and a sparkling clean swimming pool. The location is an easy access off the highway, but far enough that road noise wasn’t a factor. The one negative, as other reviewers have noted, is that most of the sites are very tight. I was camping in a minivan, so I was fine, but it might not be the best park for large rigs. The Loveland/Fort Collins area has plenty to see and do and serves as a gateway to Rocky Mountains National Park.

This is our 2nd time to stay here, friendly helpful staff and nice dog area + lots of places to walk in the area. Close to stores, in walking distance and a few blocks off the interstate. The WiFi is excellent, well maintained area, garbage pick up at your site and we were at the back of the park there was not any road noise. We were also on an end spot with lots of room outside our RV. We would stay here a 3rd time, nice overnight stop once again.

Just a one night stop. It was a pull through, but by far the tightest side-by-side spot we've ever been in. Got good TV reception and the wifi worked. We were able take a short walk to the shopping area adjacent to park for dinner, so we didn't have to unhook. Spot was gravel and level. There is some road noise but it wasn't terrible. Staff was friendly. We didn't use any facilities. Be ready to make the right turn into the park immediately after the Mattress Firm. We missed it on our first pass.

Nice green space, dog park, friendly staff. Lots of long term people but nicely kept. On a 6 lane road but the noise wasn't bad. Lots of shopping and food nearby. The pull through full up sites are pea gravel and a bit cramped. WiFi was weak because sooo many people on it. Cel reception not bad.

Check in was easy and we were escorted to our site. Sites are gravel and ours was pretty level overall. The pool was open and very well maintained. The laundry facilities were super clean: 6 washers $2.50 per load/6 dryers $1.50 per load. Dryers didn't work great but while we were there they were changing out half of the machines. As we were fairly close to US 34 there was road noise but it wasn't terrible. We didn't have any issues getting into or leaving our site, we felt there was ample space to move around. Overall, we thought this was a very nice place and would definitely stay here again. AND the campground had a cookout (free of charge) for everybody as we were here over Labor Day weekend, which was very nice.

If we come back, we would stay in a different space. The pull thrus had much more space than the back ins so if we come back, that is what we would request. Lots of trees so very shaded everywhere. Pool is open and very refreshing! No picnic table and very close to neighbors - our awning wasn't all the way out and almost touching our neighbor's slide. Wifi worked good. Had to use hotspot for video calls to come in clear. AT&T service was unreliable in the park and around the area. It must be a pocket with bad service. There is a lovely 5 mi+ walking trail / bike path that is walkable and sidewalks everywhere. Not a place to walk and talk if you have AT&T, but a great place to get a run, bike or walk in. Accessible to Fort Collins and downtown Loveland. It was filled with pollen from the trees while we were there. It must be a seasonal thing. Our RV definitely needed a good wash when we left! Very friendly and accommodating staff and the grounds are clean.
