As full-time travelers who journey for work alongside our little ones, we found ourselves in this location during the autumn season. This camping site is a hidden treasure, offering tranquility, a forested environment, and excellent maintenance. The staff were delightful, and the amenities included full hook-ups, fairly flat and roomy plots. The restroom facilities were top-notch - tidy, strong water flow, and consistently warm water. The children enjoyed the entertaining playground, and the spacious clubhouse was ideal for them to settle in and engage in educational activities during chilly, rainy days. The surrounding mountains are a sight to behold, and we dedicated a day to explore and admire them. A section of the camping site houses more long-term campers, but permanent residency is not permitted. This camping site has earned a place on our list of top picks! IMPORTANT: The area doesn't boast a lot of shopping options. There's a fantastic café/restaurant combined with a local petrol station, and a tiny shop that stocks essential groceries. The nearest Walmart is a significant distance away, over 40 minutes. It might be wise to bring your own groceries.

We were looking for a one night stay in our travels. We were told the drive to the campground was narrow and twisty and they were right! But attention to the road and speed, you'll do fine. While off of the beaten path, it provided a spacious site with full hook-ups. The Hosts are pleasent and super helpful. Would definately would stay here again. As this Campground is open year round, there are many Full Time and seasonal campers. All the sites we saw were spacious, with plenty of room between sites.
