We've been at Lakeland RV now for less than a year and really enjoy the park. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have all the amenities you could want: pool, jacuzzi, game room with pool table, gym, lake with fishing, horse shoes, pickle ball, shuffle board, dog park, cabins, propane fill station, WiFi, community center, various activities, security code required for entrance, mail room, bathhouse and laundry facilities. And their location is prime. It's right off I-4 and highway 33. There are loads of stores and restaurants minutes away. We find it to be quiet and clean with neighbors that support a community feel. We use the AT&T Mobley and Verizon Jetpack for connectivity. These are fine for working remotely and general web surfing. It's also outside of Orlando which is where Disney is and an hour from Tampa and the Gulf side beaches. It's a great spot to live or just hang out for a weekend. Come check it out.

mostly 55+ but we were not asked our age.  We stayed for 2 months and didn’t see any children.  Sites closest to the lake are reserved for Class A rigs only.  The staff is helpful and gave us 5 back in sites to choose from out of about 20 sites that were available.  All sites are full hook up.  Our site is in between two park models.  We would have chosen a different one if we had known that one neighbor planned a huge construction project the day after we arrived that lasted for 2 weeks.

It’s a big, nice park. Playground is old and tiny, lots of permanent residences. We got lucky and got a spot that had just cancelled. They are “family friendly” but they charge 3$ per kid per night, so they don’t exactly want kids apparently. Everyone was nice though and we would come back. Pool was warm and hot tub hot, nice pickle ball court. Right next to a highway so road noise for sure. Also want you to pay extra for WiFi at your site, lame.
