Despite our brief stay of just one evening, the reservation process was straightforward. The location was conveniently adjacent to the freeway and equipped with modern restroom facilities. Also, it was incredibly peaceful, with no discernible noise from the nearby road.

We’ve stayed here for a quick overnight twice. Easy to access, quiet, very large sites and great for families.

We had an absolutely great site. Not sure the name, but it was a curved pull-thru on the far-side of the park. Down there we were quite spread out. Loved it. Speed bumps were on the extreme side. Did notice that some of the sites would have been a challenge to level. Park is definitely a destination type catering to families with younger kids. Our site paralleled a Frisbee golf course. Not sure I would have been as pleased with kids all over tossing Frisbees. The park was undergoing some construction while we visited. The very nice young lady who checked us in was very apologetic about any inconvenience it might cause.

Right off i380, but traffic noise is minimal. Very clean, well-landscaped, huge sites.

Called the office at 4 pm and told gal that we would be rolling in around 8 pm. She said no problem and call when we get to the campground. We arrived to a pleasant attendant, later found out she was the owner. Site was level and all hookups worked fone. Lots to do here and sites are spacious. WILL stay here again if passing through.

We were greeted by the nicest people! The rates were super reasonable. The sites are level and open. Not many trees but still very nice! They have things for families and kids like mini golf and small train. We would come back here anytime coming through Iowa.

This place is awesome! Host was very nice and accommodating! We stopped here for one night on our way home. This place has a lot to do! Multiple playgrounds, frisbee golf, volleyball court, sandbox, pond with fishing, or can paddle boat. Also has basketball, big wheel bikes, picnic shelter for groups, trampoline, mini-golf. Sites are huge and well kept. Close to interstate but far enough that you can’t hear it. You feel like you are put in the country. We stayed on July fourth and they had a train ride for kids and also a giant shopping cart pulled by a mower for kids to ride in. All the kids got a prize after their ride. This was just what our kids needed after being in the RV all day! We would stay again!

Owners live onsite. Super kind and clean park. A Iowa cornfield serves as a beautiful backdrop right off the freeway, but it’s sooooo quiet, you’d never know it! They love pets and kids! No pool, but a lake you can paddle in and a kids splash zone for those hot days. They have a cute miniature golf area and fun wood carvings

The new owners are very nice but somewhat disorganized. It took a few minutes to find our reservation even though we had called about an hour before. At check in, no information was supplied about the park such as WII FI code, trash location, activities, bath facilities etc. If I hadn't picked up a brochure I wouldn't have gotten one. When I asked later for the WII FI code the response was “I hope it's still up”. Um, not the answer you want to hear. And it wasn't up and never was. It's a rather attractive campground surrounded mainly by cornfields. The only ding is one side of the park faces an automobile graveyard, and it's an eyesore. There are lots of recreational activities for kids and adults including a small fishing pond. This is a pretty large campground and the majority of sites are tiered due to the hilly terrain. Most of the sites are very long. Several have a pad built up in the middle so these wouldn't work for longer rigs. The Sleepy Hollow area has some absolutely huge sites. We only saw a couple of sites that could be called level. There is decent spacing between sites. In fact, some had quite large lawn areas. There are no shade trees. We were escorted to our site, and for ease of entry, were directed through another site. We actually are not sure how we would have entered the site without going through another site. Our site was very unlevel side to side although front to back was ok. We settled with almost level but we saw others using blocks. It was plenty long enough to handle the motorhome and car with room to spare; however, it was a bit narrow. The sites are gravel and prone to ruts from storms. The interior roads are gravel and dirt and you will get dirty. Watch out for the disguised speed bumps as they are the same gravel as the road and are hard to see. Directv satellite worked fine as did Verizon. It's pretty quiet for the most part although you will hear some traffic noise from Hwy 380.
