We started camping here in the late 1990's in our pop-up. The kids were young.. A wildlife reserve is behind and down the street. Crabbing and just walking the bay beach is close and easy. The Wildwoods are exactly 9 miles from the campground. Free concerts in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest on Saturday nights are convenient. The campground is not only close to plenty of public beaches and entertainment but is clean and just the right size so you are always close (but not too close) to the facilities which are kept clean, the pool and playgrounds. All in all our years from our pop-up days to our 36' RV have been happy. The other plus is that you deal directly with the owners, not a corporate hired hand.
