We stayed in the vicinity for nearly three weeks to visit our relatives. The RV park consisted of gravelled drive-through slots, bordered by railway sleepers, with grassy patches in between. The lots were mostly flat and adequately spaced. There appeared to be a number of long-term occupants, who were peaceful and maintained clean surroundings. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent but passable, possibly due to our remote location. The complimentary cable TV was excellent! If you're thinking about using the shower facilities (as we did), they were operational but could definitely benefit from regular cleaning and modernisation. RV users could use the hotel's pool and spa, which looked clean, although we didn't try them out. A city brush dump is located at the park's edge, so vehicles are constantly driving past just a few feet behind the lots. The most unpleasant aspect of the park is the incessant noise from Highway 34 and several railway lines, with constant traffic from semi-trucks and noisy, rusted trucks, along with trains sounding their long, piercing horns. The park was conveniently located, being just a five-minute drive from our family's house.

This park is half full of permanent residents with junk laying around everywhere. Piles of garbage bags sitting outside their doors for the entire time we were there and pick ups loaded down with even more junk. The registration office is located across the highway and while the staff was very friendly, the office smelled so heavily of perfume I got a headache.
